      Great company! I've been purchasing products from them for over three years and have always been very impressed with the quality of their products. Most recently, I needed 30 hats that were not currently being sold on their website. After contacting ****** ********** ***************** ***** the company agreed to do a special production run of the hats and delivered them to my house in less than three weeks. I highly recommend this company--both for their great products and outstanding staff!

      One star only because none was not an option. Did not receive order which was a Christmas gift. Have emailed twice with no response asking where order is. Have requested a refund and cancellation of my order with no response. So zero stars. Do not order from this company or plan to get ripped off.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NEXT LEVEL GOODS. Ordered my husband a tshirt and the design is clearly crooked and off-centered. I have emailed the company multiple times and I was willing to exchange for a corrected shirt. They won't even return an email. Do not get suckered into buying anything from them!!!

      Received 3 shirts I ordered. One was wrong size. Medium/ Large and 2X Large. 2XL turned into a XL. I just kept the XL gave it away and then re-ordered a 2 XL. Did the priority shipping will see our quick it gets here. Prior to receiving order I reached out via email to find out what happened to my order was told it was sent to the address they were given somewhere in ********. I responded I never gave them a Colorado address as I dont live there. Just received the packages just shy of a month ordered. Hmm. Not really impressed. Product is great tho glad finally received them.

      I paid for 3-4 day shipping and sent an email to cancel my order. They did not reply and sent my package 11 days later. It took 21 days to receive a t-shirt when I paid for 3-4 day shipping as an extra cost. I've not even opened the shirt and have requested in writing a refund. After day 10 of being late, they replied they had a surge in inventory requests. Since that initial reply the other 3 emails have been ignored by this vendor.

      Complete scam artists! They sent me one of the four items I purchased from them and when I told them by email and text message they dont respond. Also their 1 800 number is text only so you cannot talk to anyone. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE PEOPLE! I even sent them the video of me opening their package because I knew it was too small to hold all my items. Clear as day you can watch me open the sealed package and it only have a tee shirt in it and not my other three items. They also know how to get around PAYPAL and your credit card company by showing them a tracking# and saying theyll give you a full refund if you return the items. HOW CAN YOU RETURN THE ***** IF THEY NEVER GAVE YOU THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! I shouldve looked them up on the BBB before I did business with them and I never wouldve. DO NOT BUY ANY FROM THIS MALICIOUS COMPANY!

      Don't do it, they won't deliver! I ordered a t-shirt over 12 days ago, they said it would get to me in 3-4 business days. Every time I ask where my shirt is or the order status I get the same form letter stating it takes time because everything is 'specially made to order' and to hang in there. I told them I wanted a refund and they stopped communicating with me.

      I ordered the ***** felons hat and took about 3 weeks to receive them, not 3 or 4 days as it says, but they are of nice quality, and everyone I gave one Loves it! Thanks!
