      this place must be a scam, because way too many complaints about them. I too ordered from them and its been way too long and have yet to get my item. they are only a state away, so maybe i can drive up and see them in person and get peoples stuff for them.

      I ordered a cap on June 16, I have not received the cap. Iavetried to make contact with company with NO results (I have emailed several times with no replies). Requested a refund with no response! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY THING!

      The hat I ordered was great quality. I am completely satisfied with the item. It was exactly as described. It did take longer than expected to arrive. I contacted them and inquired about my order, twice, concerned about the delay. They did answer promptly both times. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were not trying to scam me, since I did receive my order, and that possibly the delay was because the had more orders than they expected. Or, possibly, they underestimated how quickly they could fulfill an order. I would suggest the time they estimate an order to be shipped be lengthened to a more reasonable period. Under promise... over deliver.The price I paid was in line with other companies prices. If I found another product they offered that I was interested in, I would be willing to purchase from them again.Once I was notified my item was shipped, it actually arrived a day earlier than was estimated. So, I was pleased with that.Overall, I'm completely satisfied.

      It took considerably more time than I expected to arrive but the cap exceeded all my expectations with the quality and fact that it is American made. Would recommend it to anyone who expects high quality.

      I was in my opionion their order page was being censored / made in operable by powers that be,I reached out to them thru their social media page and found all the help I needed with working links provided with personal realtime contact.....I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM if your into what they sell.
