Order #FF50329, a swim suit, placed 12/14/2014. Product received 1/6/2025. Product is defective. Sent emails to customer support ************************************* 1/6/25, 1/9/25, 1/13/25, 1/19/25, 1/23/25, 2/15/25. No response. Sent letter to name on return address label on 2/2/2025. Sent letter to supposed address of company on 2/24/2025. Still no response. In disgust, on 3/10/25, returned suit via ****, return receipt requested. No response. As of 3/24/2025, package is still at ******* facility. Learned today, 3/24/25, from local **** staffer that it is "undeliverable", and will be returned to me.Initial Complaint

First of all Fullfitall's adds lead you to believe that their suits can be returned. Both suits did not fit. I immediately looked up the procedure to return, they said that I had to right Fullfitfall for procedure on returns. I sent them many email s and there was no response for weeks much to my frustration, as you can see in the attached emails. Finally now that their response was past the 30day return policy, I received an email offering me a partial refund but not stating the amount. I am past 30 days because they did not respond in a reasonable time. I made 2 purchases at fullfitall, one on January 28 and the other on February 2. Payment was immediately taken out of my checking account. I have not received confirmation or shipping information. A third party, ******* sent me information that they processed my payments and Fullfitall would contact me. This still has not happened. I sent 3 emails to fullfitall.com customer service with no response. After researching, I find that this issue is quite common with this company. DATE OF PURCHASE: January 7, 2023 on line. Order#FF35444, cost $80.07.I ordered ****************** of them fit right. The company gives you 15 days to return or exchange., it was delivered on January 17,2023. The only way to return them is to contact the company by email. I've sent 4 requests and have not received a response. .I went to their ******** page, there is a large amount of complaints of not being able to return. I would like a refund. Ordered a swim suit online. Received it Sep. 30 2022. Was extremely small and sent an email for a return authorization per their instructions. Have sent 4-5 emails to them with no response. Return policy is 15 days which may be hard to do with no reply from them. I did call my credit card company and they are filing a dispute. I found them to be very unfair and judgmental about returns. You can only return within 15 day, and they only have a Support email address. They won't except a return unless they provide the mailing label. When you email, they take a long time to get back to you, then not at all. **** made a judgement against me and would not provide a mailing label because I had similar sizes on order. I ordered some too big and some I just didn't like. I found I wear a 16 on top and 18 on the bottom, and that is what was on the third order. I wanted to return the first two which was 3 bathing sets. Two of them were 18/18 on the tops and bottoms, and that was too big. The second order was 16T/18B, but I just changed my mind about it. I have submitted her email making judgement and telling me to wait. The first two orders, the 3 sets, were packaged and ready to go. I was still waiting for the third which I felt very confident about. I told her all that in my response and then, no more emails.
