  I put an order with this company fullfitall Order number Order FF48731 On August 3rd and I received it a week after. The quality and the cut is horrible in two of the three swim suits I ordered. They say return is easy but we need to email for authorising the return but they do not answer emails. I sent 7 emails with all the details but no answers . After six emails they answered that they need the order number and my address which I sent six times before and I sent it again Nothing happened , no approval to return no phone number to call I just lost my money for junk I need help and I also want other customers to know. And not to do the same mistake I did

  Terrible product and they give you the run around when you want to return for refund. Say you have to return product to ***** and that would be very expensive. The bathing suits are a terrible fit.

  I bought a Tropical Palm swimsuit sundress. The description clearly stated: full suit underneath and power mesh tummy- control lining. There is no suit underneath and no lining, just the thin sundress. I have emailed for a refund authorization , but received no reply as yet. There is no phone no..They say they will not refund items on Flash Sale, yet everything appears to be permanently on Sale. Is this their way of avoiding any refunds?The item is not As described and therefore contravenes ****** Consumer Credit Act and as such should be refunded.

  Bought 3 swimsuits $99. Did not like product. Shipped it back to company located in ***** for $29. I have proof that they received the shipment. They never refunded my money.

  Awful company. Returns/exchanges not in line with published policy. 23 emails and in the end, I lost $70.00. Stay away from this company!!!

  Very disappointed in the company, my order is incorrect cant reach anyone. Called my bank for an investigation they have stated a case for me. I would advise all not to shop with this company.

  I have ordered 3 suits from them on June 5th with a delivery promise of 6-8 days. Now 20 days later nothing. I have sent numerous emails only to be told to wait. The 1st email response told me they wouldnt help me until I could veTheir tracking number has shown that it is still waiting to be shipped. I have canceled my order. I am done waiting. My last email I sent was to cancel. They usually dont respond but every 5 days. I am canceling my credit card charges or disputing them.

  They refused give me a refund. Said it was too expensive because warehouse is in *****. I'm out $68.00. They told me to give the bathing suits away as gifts.

  Don't order from this company. Completely dodgy! I've been trying to obtain the required free return label from them for 2 months now They keep refusing to provide it, advising that the return postage fee is too expensive! The last email just provided me a dodgy address in ***** to return it to as per their promised procedure in their website after the previous two had offered a 20% discounted on another purchase instead of returning the purchased item. I don't want anything else from them, the quality is poor.i just want to return the item for free as per their listed returns policy.

  bathing suit is not made right. The bottom part doesn't fit to the body and the crotch is too skimpy. I am unable to contact the Compa y because it doesn't work.
