    If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I don't recommend anyone buy anything from this company. Initially everything was fine but a couple days after we bought the Rainbow system we started to have issues with the machine not performing like it was, with attachments breaking on the first use, and things being said but not followed through on. Due to this we reached out to cancel the purchase still legally within the 3 day policy to cancel and they wouldn't let us, leaving my wife and I stuck with a huge bill and a product that wasn't working as it was supposed too. We also were informed that they would give us some of their scents for free if we took some pictures and sent it to them which we never received. I later called to get the scents which they then sent us after calling. Lastly we called to replace one of the attachments that broke on the first try and when we did they said they would send a new one but that we had to send the broken one back to them and they would reimburse us when they received the broken one. Months later we still have not received reimbursement and there has been no communication about why. I believe that this company stole our money and needs to be held accountable. I'm very disappointed that this happened to us and we are paying the price of a huge bill to pay off this product.

We also understand that the fragrances, with extra for the delay, were sent to you to make up for the delay, though we acknowledge this situation was less than ideal.

    I'm not sure who informed you that we changed our mind but we didn't and we were never informed that the process was started for cancelation cause we were told we couldn't cancel but after further investigation after the 3 day time frame we did in fact learn that we could. The part was not replaced until weeks after from my memory. okay, thank you. Yes the scents were sent to us but again only after calling to get them instead of getting them after we performed the task that we were told to do in order to get the scents. Thank you for reaching out and trying to resolve this.
