    Ordered a WIAA state track patch on June 2nd for my sons lettermans jacket. Watched the tracking number and waited for my item. On June 12th, **** said item was delayed. (Which often means lost). Called and emailed around June 20th to see if they would just send another and if the one that was lost shows up, I would return it to them. They told me they would file a claim of lost mail through ****, we all know that those can take up to 3 months. They didnt seem to care that the patch was needed by a certain time. They message back and forth with excuses and telling me they are checking in on the inquiry with the ****. A good business would say, hey ***me send another, if the lost one shows up, send it back. Not this stingy business. I have paid my money, the item wasnt delivered. They dont seem to care. So wont ever buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know not too either. All over an overpriced $36 patch for a lettermans jacket. Not to mention I paid over $100 at the state track meet so my son could have a sweatshirt to remember the event. Not this guy
