    They tried to illegally raise my rent over *****, during the rent freeze.They tried to illegally evict me over a plumbing issue. I had to get the City involved. They rescinded the eviction and replaced the toilet, but withheld the plumbing fees for the old toilet from the security deposit.They demanded I hire a professional cleaner to get my deposit back even though the lease clearly stated I need to hire a carpet cleaner, not full house cleaner.Repeat maintenance requests about poor vents were ignored resulting in no heat in the living room.Response to an after hours call about an electrical fire from an old wall heater was met with a grumpy check the website for furnace repair. We ended huddling in one room during the coldest weekend in December because the fire department turned off several breakers after putting out the fire and the website referenced didnt list electricians who could fix wall heaters. Horrible company.
