      I am attaching a detailed description of the many issues I have with Aspen Dental. **** characters aren't nearly enough to properly represent the trauma and lack of service I received.In summary, rude interactions with dentists and front desk personnel, false charges, services paid but not provided, lack of and insufficient information.

      There is no option to keep the case open until the business has forwarded to the appropriate office location and they have gotten in touch. 
      I dont want the case closed but I also dont have any more information. 
      I dont want to file another complaint if nobody gets back to me. 
      Please advise how to proceed!
