  My experience was horrible at Aspen Dental. First they said they cannot fix my dentures. It was a clean split. Then they said they could redo them but had to add more teeth. Charge went up to 800, then they said after doing multiple molds of my teeth because the nurse was not doing it right. Had to get someone else in to do it. Then said she couldn't get my bite. So they wanted to pull the rest of my teeth to get full dentures that would then cost me thousands. I cried that they kept saying they couldn't help me unless they upped the price then magically they could help. I decided against it and wanted to cancel the credit I was trying to get so I could get the partial done. They said they would cancel it. But they did not I then got a bill a few weeks later. With a minimum payment of $69.00 dollars for a total of 878. For dentures that Aspen dental could not do. I then called Aspen dental to speak with the person that does the financial information and billing. She was not in. As I ran into this alot before them canceling my appointment due to people calling out all the time. So didn't surprise me. Left a message reminding them to remove the care credit account do to them not doing what they originally said. I had to find an alternative. My husband who is Not a professional plasticdontest or whatever you call them. Got denture glue from rite aid. Bought a rotary tool for 30 bucks and was able to fix it himself! It fits great I can eat with them. As the dentist and plastadontest lady claimed at Aspen Dental that I wouldn't be able to eat with them and my mouth would stay partially opened and this was after them making a new denture. All bullshit! She could have easily fixed it as my husband did. But they are just all about the money and that's why they Do not take any medical ************ Not come to this place for any work you need done and especially for Dentures or partials. They well lie to you. charge you for s*** work and Bill you for them doing nothing.

  Went there because of broken tooth they did nothing to help with the pain even temporarily. They not only didnt help with the problem they tried to sell me other services then didnt get back to me with the costs to fix the original issue. This is NOT a real DENTIST office. Never in my life have I experienced a place like this. BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTAL

  La informacin del costo de mi tratamiento un poco engaoso me quera cobrar $5000 por una corona en mi diente y por una limpieza y yo la cuestin y le dije que porque me est cobrando tanto si ya me haban puesto una corona me haban cobrando $700 en otro lugar se puso nerviosa y no me puede dar explicacin y los pocos minutos me dijo que el seguro no cubra entonces le dije voy a hablar con el seguro porque yo estoy pagando seguro y me dijo muchas cosas diferentes se me hizo muy engaoso su servicio y en cuanto la doctora iba con mi diente con una reparacin que iba colgando que se me despeg y le dije a la doctora que se poda pegarme eso porque no quera andar as mientras me arreglaba mi diente me dijo que no entonces yo le insist que me pusiera algo para no andar as porque no poda andar as con el diente y con la reparacin colgando y me dej hablando solo se sali y no me dio respuesta y se me hizo como que no era profesional haber dejado ir un paciente con una quebradura en su diente y una pasta colgando insist ignoro estoy pensando volver a ir todo esto sucedi en yakimaWashington.

  I got quote certain amount then at the end had to go to different dentist to get my dental work fixed. Keep getting bill after bill of new charges. Before i went to new dentist they said they would help me i just keep getting charged for them to examen their bad dental work. I still had pain and swelling 1 month after dental work! I have been nice tried to ask question to understand but they do not care. All they want is to take peoples money and not even provide proper service. I had over 10k of dental work done there. I would have never gone to them if i would of know. They have no care for patient. Also the staff in the office are very rude and do not care. The brush off your concerns and they dont listen to you when you try to tell them what is going on.

  They are refusing to give my dental records to my new dentist. They told them ***** hours on Monday 6/12/23. New dentist called today 6/20/23 to try to receive the dental records, and they are now saying that they must go to the corporate office first before they can be released. If this was the case why did they say ***** hours? I do not have the time to go into the office and retrieve them. They have horrible customer service, and/ or bedside manner. This office made my permanent dentures too soon, and I have experienced a lot of pain and sores. One of the techs send me home and "forgot" to polish the dentures, and they cut my tongue in several places. Right after my extractions one of the techs ripped out one of my stiches and not even an apology. I want my records or I will be contacting HIPAA for this violation.

  I moved to ****** ********** and was looking to get my teeth cleaned. I made an appointment with ************ on 4/24/23 at 9:00am. After a horribly painful exam of my gums, I was told I had multiple, serious issues and needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $1,200 dollars. ($500 my insurance would pay for and $700. I would need to pay myself). I said no, I would drive back to my original dentist (120 miles away) that I have been going to for over 20 years. On 4/26/23 at 11:00am, After a pain-free exam, they said I had no issues, very little ****** and gave a me a light cleaning that was completely covered by my insurance.

  I took my son for a free consultation in February of 2022 about getting his wisdom teeth removed. There was some other dental issues and they could not help us which was fine. Now, 15 months later, my son is getting a bill for $99 for x-rays during that visit. When I called to simple remedy this he is no longer a minor and no one will not talk to me. Yet at the time of the FREE consultation 15 MONTHS AGO he was a minor. Obviously, this company is in it for the money and stupidly thought they could get $99 out of a high school student. 0/10, would not recommend.
