    After a few years with Invigor, I am invested. Any questions I’ve had have been answered from the very beginning. I’ve had no delivery issues. I’ve dealt with different staff members they have all provided me with GREAT customer service although I have to say Brooklyn is Fantastic!! She is my go to and has been since early on. Any questions I’ve had she has responded with answers. Always responds expeditiously . This kind of Customer service is rarely seen anymore ( I have been a customer service Manager for more than 40 years it’s rare that I see this caliber of service. Great work Invigor and Brooklyn ??

    I am a new customer of **********************. I recently called in and spoke to ****** I had a lot of questions. I can honestly tell you, *****s professionalism and ability to answer all my questions was fantastic. I was beyond impressed.     Suzi was extremely helpful. She was polite and well-prepared to answer all of my questions about the medicine I was considering, its benefits and the price advantage of a three-month subscription. **** also helped update my patient profile. All this was done patiently and professionally. **** is the face of excellent customer support and service. ********************** is smart to have her out front in a customer-support role.

    **** has gone above and beyond in helping me. She is always attentive and answers all my questions. It feels like she really cares about my medical needs. Seriously, **** is the best medical professional I have ever had. I can feel the sincerity and warmth every time I talk to her. **** never rushes me and she explains things so well. God Bless her.     ***** was super helpful when I placed my order today. She explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable on the product and uses etc. All of my questions were answered and her follow up has been above and beyond what I was expecting. ***** is exceptional at her job and walking you thru the steps.

    My mom and I both placed an order November 19th, 2024. My mom received just her injection supplies shortly after but no medication was in the package. I have not received anything. 3 weeks later still nothing, still saying its at pharmacy. I reached out about my moms order and for an update on mine. I was told to file a claim w *** to potentially get a replacement for her. I did that and *** said since it was a pharmacy issue not sending everything they need to file the claim. I reached out again to them and they just continued to tell me she needs to file a claim with no additional help or assistance with her order. I still could not get an answer on status of my order. I started looking up reviews on ******* and there are many other similar complaints. Im very disappointed, and wished the support team could have resolved this for me and I didnt have to take these steps of filing complaints, negative reviews and trying to get my money back.
