1 starAs a first time buyer they would not allow me to order two "vials" so as to achieve a cost savings. I had to wait until I used the medication before I could obtain more. BUT, I was promised that I was to receive a "coupon" to allow a later order at a cost equal to the savings if I could have obtained with the 2 **** order initially. No go. No such offer now exists. 1 starCaveat Emptor It's been one excuse after another with the folks at Invigor. First it was they could not deliver to a PO Box, then their pharmacy is backed up, then the mailing label was printed wrongly, then this morning it was their pharmacy was out of stock, and they did not have a replenishment date. All the while they kept on charging me my monthly subscription ($400). I'm not sure if it's a scam, I'd like to believe Invigor is just so unorganized, they cannot fill an order. But at the end of the day, they charge you for a product which never arrives.I cannot recommend this company. I suspect that many, if not all, of their reviews effusively praising them are fake.Review fromBrandon W

1 starStay Away!!! At first, this seems like a great company. It's easy to fill out forms and I was quickly approved for medication through a compounding pharmacy. I received no follow up for a week after my order, and was told it is "at the pharmacy" so I'm unable to cancel, even though there is no shipping label and still no update on when I will receive the medication. Other reviewers indicate months-long waits and missing doses between refills. **************** was useless, as the agent ******* would only state that he couldn't cancel the order because the order is "in" at the pharmacy. I'm proceeding to dispute the transaction through my bank and hoping they actually cancelled subscription orders like customer service claimed. If you are looking for compounded GLP-1 medication, look for a local provider with a person you can actually talk to.Review fromMike M

3 starsAlways request for Brooklyn to be your representative. Intelligent, kind, knowledgeable about both products and process and most of all, she does exactly what she says. In the recent past, there were terrible SNAFUs in getting the products to the patients on time. If youre on a supplement protocol that mandates that they be administered daily without break for three to six months in order to work optimally, and theres a week to a month before you receive your prescription, it interrupts the process and you have to start over and over, wasting to large degree your investment. These products are very expensive (because they actually work). Brooklyn resolved the delivery problem beyond my initial expectations. 1 starTerrible canceling policies im >$6000 invested in prescriptions i don't want or need. They repeatedly close their chat seconds after I state my intemtion-to cancel. I have text, emailed, dm'd, written, and called. They just charged me again another $1200. CrazyReview fromMegan F.

1 starI wanted to purchase a subscription from Invigor Medical. I filled out the paperwork on their website and gave them my credit card information. Since then I keep getting emails from the company asking, "What's stopping you from completing the ordering process?" Unfortunately, what's stopping me is the medical review by a physician at Invigor Medical, which is required. But nobody from Invigor Medical has contacted me, and nobody at Invigor Medical answers the phone--it just goes straight to voicemail and my calls are never returned. I'm not sure where the "great communication" is that other reviewers talk about, but my experience with this company has been a huge disappointment.
