    We filled out a credit application for the attached bike for $22,399 with VIN Rattlesnake Mountain ****** then called us and said we were approved for $28,000 but not for the bike we applied for because the price is $34,059 which is illegal. Our credit is impacted and this is 100% wrong. The sales rep ****** basically admitted they made an error but this isnt our fault and unacceptable. We have already retained a lawyer but think ****** should make this right.

    I was forced into signing for (2) seperate warranty contracts that are impossible for me to even utilize if needed because the dealership is 5 hours away from my residence. I submitted a letter requesting to cancel the (2) unneeded unwanted warranties within (30) days of the transaction. I have also called several times explaining my needs & concerns. It has been more than 6 months with no change or options.

    We are aware of ********************** request to cancel his service contract. We have not been able to help facilitate this request because we are lacking the proper form with his signature. If he would like to reach out to us directly in order to provide this, we can absolutely assist in forwarding to his warranty administrator or he can submit directly to them. We unfortunately cannot process this until he has signed the necessary cancellation form.

    * Purchase - 2022 Segway Fugleman (New) VIN: ***************** - 6/14/2023 - Paid in full / $16,288.95 - less than 100 miles * Company Committed 1. Provide prompt service (purchased and additional $1,299 mechanical protection) 2. Pick up the side by side to complete an open recall (it was first explained as cover and not a safety issue. We later learned this was an additional heat shield between the gas tank and exhaust, from what an employee told us from reading the notes.) 3. Promised +10 call backs, with only 1 actual call back. That call back was last Friday and they were going to pull a failed O2 sensor from a new vehicle and work on it that day. No call back. *Dispute 1. No communication / call backs (they've had the vehicle for 7 weeks) 2. Misleading about what's really going on. Feel like to problems are much worse than what's being said. (said that they found two failed O2 sensors, but no reason on why this happened 3. The vehicle should not have been sold! The additional heatshield recall looks to be a fire hazard. * Try to resolve 1. Yes, many calls requesting updates, with no real/honest feedback. There have been a few service managers during this time. 2. Last contact (9/1/23) was to *********************** (Customer Experience Manager). *********************************************** I received a call from a service manager. He stated they were pulling the parts from a new vehicle and service would be worked on that day (9/1/2023) NO FEED BACK Order Information - Purchase (new/cash) 6/14/2023 - Deal # ***** Having to do with the heat shield recall being a fire hazard, we feel our life's were put at risk. It was something they knew about but played it off like not being an issue. Something is really wrong and don't want this vehicle back! What we'd like: (options) 1. Full Refund 2.
