    My names **** .L I came into the store without an intention of buying a motorcycle. Knowing I didnt have a motorcycle endorsement this place offers what is called a acceptance ride Its the only place that they offer it which is illegal due to I dont currently have my endorsement to ride legal on the road.On my contract and gap insurance. They signed it electronically and not my physical writing in black pen.I asked to revoke the whole contract but i was told by the ** of this place that since I dont want it and we had to go through the whole buying process to practically give me access to TEST Ride the bike so I can get a feel for it.After I came back from the test ride. The ** ASSUMED off my body language that I wanted the bike so he sent ALL paperwork to the state for title, registration, etc So WITHOUT myself telling them hey I want to or NOT buy this, They gave me no choice in it and made me buy it. We HAD to start the whole buying process for me to get this ACCEPTANCE RIDE the program that they offer in which. They are the only ones that offer this service I talked to other dealerships. They told me that is so illegal. bike is currently at the dealership. Hasnt been delivered to my house. Im hoping in regards to this I can get it revoked and this out of my life.**** is the ** I talked to for this issue.

    This company has horrible leadership lack of integrity and from the top of the company down to the management team no class at all. 10/10 dont recommend!! Stay far away !!

    In reviewing this complaint with our store staff and reviewing our sales system, our store did not have an interaction with this individual. We have been notified by an employee that this person is a known individual that they are in a personal disagreement with. Our employee states that they had recently placed a negative review at this persons place of employment and now this person is making one at our business in retaliation. This has nothing to do with our company conduct or services.
