    I ordered 2 sets of running boards only needed one. They sent me a return label but I haven't gotten my refund. This is a month old

    When my mother was dying I brought her home from the hospital to the comfort of her home. To help her move around I accidentally ordered two YITAHOME Power Lift Recliner Chairs for the ***************** Lift Chair with Heat and Massage, Faux Leather) on Amazon and despite my immediately recognizing my error I tried to to cancel the order in less a minute on the site but this was not possible. I then immediately called the seller, who told me to refuse acceptance of one chair which I did, so the delivery driver simply loaded it back on his truck for return. But I never got my $500 back despite calls to **** directly, contacting Yita through the Amazon site as well as asking Amazon for assistance. This is not a low-cost item! BUYER BEWARE OF YITA LLC aka YITAMOTOR aka YITAHOME. I want my money refunded in full for this chair - which I do not have! - placed on April 23, 2022, Order# ***-2881618-4920226

    Purchased an item through Amazon. It came with an extra piece and missing one piece. I contacted the company and they have yet to provide a solution or an offer of replacing the item. All they tell me is I need to go through Amazon and give me the steps on what to do, after following those steps, it redirect me back back to the manufacturer who will not accept blame or give any assistance to solve the issue. They have stopped responding to my messages and promised that someones going to contact us back and they do not.

    Sold furniture and listed as outdoor. I paid over $850 for a set of outdoor furniture that was outside for two ******* and stored in my basement the rest of the time. After two ******* the furniture material is all cracked and brittle and breaks off if you touch it. Consumers are being misled that this is outdoor furniture. I contacted ******** told me of the one year warranty (because that is all it will last) and offered me $120 towards a future purchase. Why would I want more of a bad product at my expense. I feel they should replace the furniture or refund my money. It clearly is not outdoor furniture as listed on Amazon

    I purchased a set of floor mats for my 2015 F250 on 4/18/23. Received them 4/24/23 and immediately contacted the customer service email because they did not fit. Received a quick reply asking if they refunded $15.00 if I would keep them, or if I have a friend that would want them. They also requested pictures or a video showing they do not fit. I submitted the video and advised them that i would like a refund. I have since sent 2 more emails asking for a refund and I have called the only number provided ************ with no answer only a message to try to call later. I would just like to return the product and receive a refund.

    Shorted 10 ft of rubber trim on fender flares wants to give me a 20 dollar credit on my purchase on PayPal .I do not have PayPal.i want them to either send me a new kit or send me what they shorted me
