    I ordered a truck bed cover from Yita Motor on ******. It was advertised to fit my truck. When installing it, I discovered that the front 2 retaining hardware did not fit as described in the instructions. I took picktures of the issue and requested for them to send me 2 more parts to fit in the slide rail of the truck. I never got a response after several weeks. When you try to call them, it rings about 4 times and goes to voicemail saying they will call me back. I can't sit around all day waiting for a phone call. I appears their customer service is none existant. Buyer be ware!!

    Rude and unprofessional. I wasted two hours of my time after double checking the availability of an item. When I showed up, they said the item has been sold for months and made me wait a long time.

    This business is shameful. I ordered a product that was supposed to fit my vehicle, however it did not without modifications. The product was marketed as direct fit no modifications. When I contacted them, they offered me ten dollars to keep the product, after the second contact they offered me 30 dollars to keep the product. Both contacts were via email. They were assured the product had not been installed or damaged and sent pictures as requested by them. Finally, I called and spoke directly with them asking for a return label (as they originally stated they would provide) and was told one would be provided. I waited until after the Thanksgiving holiday to send another email, which was not responded to by the company. Buyer should beware before spending their hard-earned money with this company. I'm a disabled senior on a fixed income and when I spend money on something that is necessary, not desired, I expect to be dealt with honestly and professionally.

    I was sent the wrong car mats. I have contacted them several turns to start the return process and they will not contact me back. Waste of a hundred dollars
