    I fell like I got scam by there salesman who sold me a lie. The service has become more expensive than originally stated and is not regularly done on schedule. Twice I've had to call them that I haven't gotten serviced and they then make an excuse.

    Door to door solicitation of this service was conducted. The employee had my husband sign electronically an agreement to which he didn't understand. An email was sent to him, he is not technically savvy and is over 70 years old. Never was anything mailed via **** to confirm this service, contract and billing. This contract cannot be canceled and is now costing ***** per month. We are on a fixed income and this is not in our budget. I discourage anyone/everyone from using this provider
