This complaint has nothing to do with Around The Clock Inc., ****. It is from the owner of an association that we manage. Around The Clock Inc. carries out the actions of the association and board concerning compliance issues, collection of assessments, and enforcement of their governing documents. If the complainant has a concern regarding association practices, they need to deal directly with the association's board of directors in which they reside.Initial Complaint

This company and the board members use the dues money to try and add an amendment to the declaration while withholding information from all homeowners that they knew that this condo association was not a legal 55 and older condo association they kept that information from all homeowners and they tried to remove the rights of the very few homeowners that are grandfathered in to this property. The management company and board directly attacked my familys grandfathered rights and tried to take them away by not telling all homeowners the whole truth and all of the facts. ********* used my dues money that I paid to the association to have the lawyer create that amendment knowing that theyre withholding information that all homeowners shouldve been aware of it this park was not illegal 55 and older park and they try to remove the rights of the few homeowners my familys rights They used my dues money that I paid them to directly attack my family and to make sure that we didnt have any rights after I die so my son would have to move out of there because he was under 55 they did all this knowing that the park was not a legal 55 and older park and I have proof I have over 40 emails I have ***************** stating that they knew for several months when they wrote the letter that my son could stay but he may not be able to sell to a third-party they knew at that time and that was in May 2022 Ive been here for 22 years they try to take all my rights away and try to make sure that my son could be forced to move out ********* members and management company knows that my family has several medical issues I told them in emails the problem is is that they used that money illegally and I want all my dues money back for the years that this park was ran illegally as a 55 and older park it was over $9000 in the 22 years and its clear the declarant was supposed to pay for the fences in the backyard and thats $2700 Im asking for $11,700 to be returned to me and I will settle this matter.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: around the clock is not managing the park by the declaration and has participated in hate crimes harassment and discrimination against me and my family. I have no harassed any of the board members or Lizz Loop. I'm trying to get them to run the Coa by the declaration not their own opinion. They are trying to twist the situation. I have all of the facts and ********* played a part and was responsible for acting before finding out the facts from both sides. The letter from the lawyer was sent by around the clock. ********* did not go by the declaration rules when sending a warning letter to me from the lawyer. The management company and board members are responsible for illegally managing this coa.10 hours ago

DO NOT hire this management company. The employees and the owner are unethical. I reported this company and Evergreen Ridge *** to the BBB and **************** ************************ for using dues money illegally, lying to all homeowners, failing to manage park by declaration, harassment, discrimination, and hate crimes against two disabled persons. There were two previous settlements that were kept a secret from the homeowners. The board members and management companies did not change the *** back to a family park and kept managing the *** as a 55 and older *** which was illegal. This has happened three times in the 22 years that I have lived here. I have proof case ***** vs. Evergreen Ridge 2006 Human ***************** ****************. They found Evergreen Ridge *** was not a legal 55 and older park. Evergreen vs. ******/***********************. Evergreen Ridge was court ordered to change the park back to a family park in 2009 but they did not. I have asked for all of my dues money to be returned to me approximately $9000 and $2700 for the fences I paid for to replace in the back yard and the declarant was responsible for the upkeep and replacement of the fence the declarant built the fences. I have not asked for compensation for the harassment discrimination hate crimes and the trauma and suffering that the management company and board members put me and my son through. If I have to get a lawyer to resolve this matter I will by March **** and I will ask for compensation also. Please pray for my son and I, we have some severe medical issues going on.
The owner of this company is ignorant and is not aware of their employees actions while being employed by them or maybe they are?
HOA AND ***S ARE SCAMS. They are hard to govern and easy to steal from by management companies and board members.
This company and the board members illegally used dues money to pay a lawyer to change the declaration and withheld that information from all homeowners that they new this park was not a legal ********************************************************************************************************************************************* and my son. We are disabled and they knew it(intent for hate crime) in October 2022. The vote on the amendment to the declaration did not pass. That makes the management company and the individual board members liable to pay back the dues money that they spent illegally and they need to be held accountable for what they chose to do. They are personally liable each one of them, not the insurance company. Each board member that was sitting on the board in October 2022 and Around the Clock owner and employee Lizz Loop are individually liable to repay all dues money that was spent related to the amendment to the Declaration change in October 2022 and any funds related to that.
Because the management company and board members chose to attack my family in a deceitful way by using dues money to pay a lawyer to change the rights of the grandfatherered homeowners, but it did not work and then they told the homeowners in March 2023 that the park was not a legal 55 and older park. They kept this information from all homeowners even new home buyers and let two homeowners sell and rent to people under 55. For more than a year the kept from all homeowners that they new this park was not a legal 55 and older park. The are liable and need to be held accountable and sent a bill for the costs for their decision to try to remove the rights of the families that were grandfathered in while withholding that they knew that Evergreen Ridge *** was not a legal 55 and older ***.
THERE ARE 10s of thousands of dollars of dues money missing. STOLEN??

I want to close the complaint. They are lieing I have never harassed them I want answers and I'm disabled so my wording may not be professional. My medical issues are getting worse and I can't spend my energy on this. CoAs need to be governed better. They do whatever they want. Please Close the complaint. I have no energy for this. I can't fight them and they lie. I'm done sorry.
