  Website emails targeting those of us that are overwhelmed with the process into thinking that YOU CONTINUE TO NEED THEIR HELP. Even the 1st page that pops up when you sign in is an ADVERTISEMENT using scare tactics. I have no income, I live in ONARIO and now I'm out over $140!! I'm even scared to check the box below this review that reads "I have read and agree to The Customer Review Submission Terms." They might charge me for it!

  We do have a monthly subscription fee that our customers can cancel at any time. This subscription allows access to many helpful resources, which can be found within the paid account. We understand divorce is one of the most stressful times, which is one reason we provide affordable services.

  This company misleads you. The paperwork that they have you fill out and say that this is all you need (and "so easy") to proceed doesn't have any reference or document numbers that you need to proceed in *******. AND this is an **************** which is in small print!!! They know nothing of what an Ontario divorce needs. They contact you every montb informing you abut the monthly charge yet the paperwork isn't even correct for *******. In that same email, they stress how much you need them and their ongoing services. THEY'RE AMERICAN!!! Total scam.

  This website it is a scam. They offer a service for a fee and they dont explain all the service until after you pay. Then when you try to cancel, they will only return some of your money back. They keep peoples money without providing any service. Scam.

  I found this site hoping to be able to do everything online. I paid about $250 for all info then come to find out the courts don't even accept any of this. I tried contacting the company and they have declined to help in any way. I tried to appeal it with my bank and they also declined to refund any money that was taken by this company. I ended up going through the court to file. I'm now out this money along with other people. This place is nothing but a scam and loves to take peoples money. Don't use any of their services because its not legal when you go bring it to the court. I can't believe with all the complaints on this company they are still allowed to have their online services. If I could I would put a negative 15 stars. I have never dealt with a supposed company with TERRIBLE service. Hope you are happy with taking so much money from so many people.This place DOESN'T deserve a 1 star... THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!

  This company gets ****** stars from me because that's how much money they stole. They have a "satisfaction guarantee" which is the only reason I felt comfortable giving them my money. Only to find out that that guarantee lasted for only 30 short days when everyone knew the legal process has many delays, especially since COVID-19 They filed one document on my behalf, and then I realized the respondent was not able to complete the uncontested divorce they let me know they could no longer help me and referred me to a lawyer. A complete waste of money.

  Scam! I paid almost $700 and its been over then a months since I completed everything But they still didn't send me any forms that they promised and every time ask me to fill out something new and extend time as you have to pay monthly. All they do is trying to get more and more money instead of actually do anything. They are also homophobic as then I indicated that it is same *** marriage documents still showed "husband" and "wife". Wish I had read reviews before I signed to this service

  This company has the worst service possible. They could not get the forms correct and then argued with me that forms that I have right in front of me are not what they processed. When trying to correct the forms they argued more dragging it out so that they could charge me more instead of just fixing it. They also refuse a refund even though they can not produce the correct forms saying that a refusal to sign or not continuing with the process is not a reason for a refund. Why would either one of us sign incorrect forms and why would I continue the process with your company when you can't get the forms correct. I can't imagine what would actually get sent to the court.

  After nearly two years of trying to get my divorce, these people wont do anything for me. Charged $300, they wont even send a duplicate to him for me. My ex lost the paperwork, but by law, after a year separation, I should be able to file, but they drag their feet and keep saying he needs to sign and they wont do anything until then even send another copy for him to sign. ?? When asked for copies sent to me, they send me blank forms to fill out again. Really? Why would I go through all of this again with them?Im done with them. Im hiring a lawyer to get my divorce and will probably have it within days, unlike these clowns. Who are they? Are they at all affiliated with ********? Maybe Ill turn my lawyer on them, too, once he sees what kind of game theyre running.I wish I had checked here first. It seems nobody here is happy with them, but they respond as if theyve fixed everything on their end. Hey, if the people from the website are reading this: dont bother. Youre a scam and you know it. If you do your divorce through these people, enjoy the wait, and kiss your money goodbye!

  I regret signing up for their service. Last year I had financial difficulty and didn't have money for lawyer's retainer fee. But when I googled their page and review seemed like perfect option for me. But little did I know! After signing up every month for 6 months they kept charging me monthly website fee $39.99. when the website doesn't do anything beside you can access the completed forms, doesn't even let you edit ay information. If they sent form they charge $75 with postal. But Primarily they charged me around $470 and asked $210 money order fee. They never filed my case to the court, because every time they find something missing (information, date, sign) they add 2 weeks to review and answer. If I had any question, never got reply from them beside call center. Agents or supervisors never talk on the phone, email replies get lost on their side. And when I finally decided to ask for refund, they said after 30 days later they can't refund full money. How thats fair to a customer? I only received half of the money. I want to receive a full apology and other half of the money and 6 months of subscription fee (monthly =$39.99). Reason is none of these things are written on the page that agents/case managers talk to the client and that every time I resend the papers they added 2 weeks, emails will not get any responds. Because of them I am still married to a narcissist. Because of their incompetence I am dealing with depression, traumas and gaslighting.

  I would not recommend this service! Tried it when I thought divorce was inevitable. Then my Wife and I reconciled. So I attempted to get the refund that they offer on their web page when you sign up for their services. Requested a refund. They called early in the day when I was busy and missed the call. Tried calling back to talk with them but they will not direct connect to the refund agent. They say they will send them a message and they will call you back. When they call you the phone doesnt ring but they leave you a incoherent voicemail and you must call the number again and the same thing happens. They will not connect to the person who called you, but will send them a message. After three times they sent me a message stating that after three attempts to contact you with no contact that they are going to dismiss your request for a refund! What legitimate company operates that way?
