    Treatment dates 12/28/22-1/24/23 for addiction - inpatient stay. Medication mismanagement and illegal practices. Facility in disrepair and cleanliness issues Staff mismanagement and patients treated with disrespect. No on-site doctor or nurse for hours. No masks being worn by staff. Inappropriate sharing of personal and medical information- HIPPA violations.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint about our business. Due to HIP AA and 42 CFR, we are unable to confirm or deny whether the complainant has been a patient with us. Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers is not involved in illegal practices and is a reputable agency that has served the community for 40 years. We value feedback from our patients and if someone was dissatisfied with our services, we would want to work towards a resolution.
