    Both of our elevators were down constantly over the span of several weeks. Initial investigation resulting in major repair being needed on our elevator 2. After weeks of waiting on repair, our elevator 1 began having issues and was down at the same time as elevator 2. Elevator 2 was finally back up and running after repairs completed, but less than 24 hours later the issues started again. We were informed by the technician from TK Elevator that the techs that completed this repair of over $20,000 did not sufficiently complete the repairs, causing the elevator to go out of service again. The issues between both elevators went on over a span of 3 weeks total. More than 10 overtime calls had to be completed because of the insufficient repairs and lack of knowledge from technicians within the company. TK Elevator is attempting to collect upwards of $11,000 in overtime calls when it was their lack of completing repairs effectively was the reason these overtime calls had to be made. We had 3 sold out weekends during this time and had to operate a sold-out hotel with no working elevator, causing us to lose close to $8,000 in revenue. ******* ******, Superintendent ***************** does not seem to care about the chaos this caused our business and does not reply to multiple emails sent to ****** these overtime calls were out of our control, the remaining invoices need to be adjusted to zero.

    On February 19th, 2024 I received an email containing a previous contract for thyssenkrupp Elevator (AKA Thyssen ***** Elevator) service for 2007 - 2011 at the ************************** where I am the current ********* president. I had been waiting to get such an email for ~ 2 months because I wanted to see our actual current contract and determine how to move forward, whether to cancel the contract or continue service with thyssenkrupp. In the same email, it was stated that our contract had auto renewed in December 2023 for five more years, meaning that we were stuck with the contract until 90 to 120 days before the end of the 5 year term. Since then I have found that thyssenkrupp has not been performing annual meetings with our ********* to discuss their service, which is in breech of the original contract we now have on file. I have tried multiple times by phone and email to contact thyssenkrupp to resolve our contract issues and have been ignored, put on hold, or simply redirected to 'contract manager' message machines to leave a voicemail each time. I want to cancel our contract and I need verification in writing that thyssenkrupp has annulled our service contract. This is by far the most frustrating business with which I have ever worked and I see no recourse except to keep calling them until I get a human that will listen to me.
