    Why is this company still around the compliments are overwhelming to read. Ive only been living in my apartment complex for 6 months stand the elevator has been broken more than working. Im an olde lady living on the fourth floor just had surgery and trying to get back and forth from doctors appointments get my medicine is non existent!

    Horrible company. Zero stars if possible. We had a premium service agreement that they did not follow: did not perform required services, did not show up when the elevator needed repair for several weeks, etc. Due to their lack of service and negligence our elevator stopped to function properly and had to be modernized. Finally, they charged us for a safety test they did not perform (no records or work done) and huge charge for overtime that basically was for commute time. We were lucky to get out their service agreement due to the mod project with another company. Don't hire TKE, you will be very sorry!

    I would give this company zero stars if possible. This company has zero communication skills. They collect money for repairs and projects and let this business sit with no working elevators and no timeframe. Their slogan is thank you for your understanding and patience. We have paid for an elevator modernization back in October 2023, it almost April 2024 still with no start date. Completely unacceptable. I have months of threads of emails trying to resolve this. We have three elevators and two out of the three have not been repaired and working now for over three months. They schedule repair times and do not show up. Then do not respond for days sometimes weeks.

    I would leave a zero-star rating if it were possible. Their communication is dismal, their documentation of services rendered is deplorable and their customer service is nonexistent. This company is the **** of *********** and ghosting. They have charged us multiple for services never rendered. They will arrive without an appointment or a call ahead and then we need them to come out for maintenance we can never get ahold of them. They do not care about safety or their customers.

    Rude interactions with the employees.Was called homophobic names while trying to understand a situation that arose Was threatened to be hunted down if I complained about their homophobic attitude They wrote down my license plate number and threatened to **** me down if I sad anything Unfortunately I didnt have my cell phone to contact the police. Reported to the branch office.

    ZERO stars if possible. This company is taking advantage of people because they have the monopoly. We've had an elevator down for 2 weeks with no updates or fixes. We have been getting the runaround and nonsensical information when there was communication. Supervisors, account managers and techs are ignoring emails and calls. They have left us completely in the dark. We have multiple elderly and handicapped residents that cannot leave the building since they are on the top floor. This poses many high risk factors if there was a fire or any emergency. Bottom line: disgraceful and disgusting business.
