    We had Cosmopolitan help us clear out some items from our house including some valuable items we had appraised in September of 2023. We have received nothing from the promised estate sale 8 months later. They have moved the dates of the sales at least 4 times and always give us an excuse for why they havent sold our things. They are basically an extremely expensive junk removal company. We would have hired a liquidator and saved so much. I would never recommend this company. They are not trustworthy in our experience.

    We greatly regret that you had to post a caustic review about dealing with our company when we are still in the process of selling your items.


    We completed picking up your sellable items from your home/garage per our contracted terms.


    We completed the work against your tight timeline and completed the work by your required milestone, to have your items removed/cleared from your home and garage so your floor contractor could start their work in your home, so you could sell your home.


    We have responded either by text or answered your calls on every occasion that you have reached out to us.


    The contract you signed simply stated that the sale of your items would be Sale to be completed by December 31st, 2024.


    We have 8 months to complete the marketing and selling of the items you entrusted us with.


    We are looking forward to sending you positive proceeds from the items we sell for you no later than the end of December ******************************************** our contract.


    We hope you can give us a positive review when we have completed the sale of your items.

    I'm a reseller, and have dealt with Cosmopolitan for about a year now, and I can say for certain that they do their best. Always a pleasure to work with for us. We wish we could afford to buy more of their stuff! They're always packed and busy!
