My shipment was damaged (photos were taken), several pictures of the damager were sent to APluslift with no regard for the ******+ that was paid for the lift. I personally didn't unload the lift since it was shipped to my place of work. They offered touch up paint which will not repair dents to a NEW lift.

    Hi ****,

Sorry for the dent of the lift table. We sent an email to every customer when we shipped the lift and asked for checking the lift carefully before signing the name on it. Although the damage is not our fault, we've settled with you and we will send your testimony to trucking companies for a claim of the damage.

If you have any further questions or issues, feel free to contact **.

    Thanks,

Bought a 4 post airplus ****lb car lift and one of the runways was received defective. Contacted the company and they are telling me they don't have a replacement part. They told me I can use it like this or have it fixed with pictures and they will send me $200. Mind you this part is 17ft long and weighs over 400lbs and is bent (steel). How is a homeowner going to have this fixed for $200. I declined and told them I want a replacement part. They told me to package up and ship it back. This is not easy to do,it weighs over ****lbs all together. To boot they want to charge me 10% restocking fee. This unit is *********************** my garage with the help a 2 paid people to help with install and 10 hours of time. I m not very happy. Airplus lift company will not communicate on the phone just emails. Very disatusfied

    Hi,

This is *****, operating manager of APlusLift. Really sorry for the bent runway. First of all, we want to be clear that you made quite a bit of threatening to our staff about this runway issue. We have your emails. As you filed returning request on Amazon, A-Z claim on Amazon, and threatened us about legal actions, we decided this is best to address this through emails but not phone calls. I believe your lawyer will prefer this way as well. Please continue to work with us through emails to resolve this issue.

Returning the lift and getting a full refund is your request originally. For Amazon purchases and any other purchases, packing and returning the product to get a full refund is a normal practice. We didn't ask you to drop off the product as this is a very heavy product. We just need the product well-packed so that the carrier can transport the product and no parts will be lost during the transportation.

We have made clear that the bent runway is from the transportation. You claimed that the runway was defective from the factory. As we explained, we got the lifts from the same factory as other sellers. The driver picked up the product, checked, and signed the name on a receipt. Also we can send the pictures to independent experts. They can tell this is from forklift operation, not a defective product.

Next we made clear that you did not **** any damages on the driver's receipt when receiving the product. When we shipped you the product, we sent you an email asking you to check the product carefully and **** damages if there is any, so we can ask the carrier for compensation. The product is wrapped by foil and cardboard only (all 4-post lifts are packed this way from all sellers). It shouldn't too hard to spot the issue if the bent is so severe. Without your **** on the receipt, you stated that the product was received in good condition, so we can't file a claim to the carrier for any compensation.

Last, the $200 compensation is from our pocket. This is pure loss on us, but we're willing to compensate you. This is not the first time customers received a bent runway. We sold thousands of 4-post lifts and the bent runway happened a couple of times each year. We can help you to get the bent runway fixed if you're willing to cooperate.

In summary, we have been doing our best to help you address this issue. The best runway is fixable with a reasonable budget. Although you didn't **** any damages on the receipt, we're still willing to help you get this fixed. You started with a threatening of legal action and we promptly responded with a few options including repairing and returning. Then you blamed us on defective product and we addressed it. If the repair is the option you're willing to accept, we will be happy to work with you to get the bent runway fixed. We will continue work with you on Amazon messages but not phone calls. This is the best practice due to legal action concerns.

    Thanks,

    *****

Purchased a motorcycle table lift in May 2021 $1300 from A Plus Table Lift. The table lift was used 3 times. On the 3 time put motorcycle on the lift an on the service ************** rear wheel was off the motorcycle table lift feel to the ground causing the service **** to shoot across the garage. Causing the motorcycle to drop down to the break rotor. I was told I was at fault for not inspecting the table lift at every use, In order to see that the packing nut on the air cylinder is underneath a 600+ lbs table lift would not be something a normal person would be able to turn the lift upside down on their own for an inspection with every use. I purchased the lift because easy use for work on my motorcycle understanding this would be easy to operate and not need to work on the lift in order to use the 600+ lbs lift. The packing of the lift which came by semi truck, when received was upside down noting that all parts looked to be assembled with very little I need to finish to be able to the table lift. After the failure of the lift I noticed the 150 lbs PSI lift cylinder packing nut was not attached any longer and was at the other end of the push rode.I had an engineer inspect the cylinder packing nut for which was stated the tread cut on the packing nut was cut incorrectly never allowing the nut to tighten to specifications for the lift to be used safely. This has caused the malfunction of the table lift. I have made several attempts to work with ***** from A Plus Lifts, phone calls and emails, however they will not take any fault for the malfunction of the lift and would only send me parts to fix the lift on my own. The additional parts received included a new cylinder and service ****. When new parts received the cylinder was damaged due to packing and shipping to me was only in bubble rap and the packing nut was not attached a this was the very reason for the lift failure. I don't know if can trust lift. I was told to never contact them and no resolution

    Hi *****,

Thanks for contacting us. We shipped you a new cylinder and thought the problem was resolved. Have you tried to replace the cylinder? From the pictures you sent, the only damage was a bent washer, which was damaged during the transportation (we didn't pack ourselves. we paid ***** to pack it and ship). You should be able to just remove the washers from the current cylinder and replace it. Or if you prefer, we can send you new washers.

In the past, customers got new cylinders from us and replaced them before. Every time one washer was bent, but every time customers used the washers from old cylinders and the cylinders worked just fine. Please give it a try first.

Last, what is your contact number? The factory can contact you directly to help.

    Thanks,
