  Absolutely great customer service. This is a small business with the phones operated by two very kind lady's! I've ordered two lifts from them and I'm waiting for them to show up but the over the phone customer service was great

  I ordered one of their scissor lifts and the whole experience was great. It is well made and came with nice accessories. Shipping was also faster than expected. Communication was really good whether it was through email, text, or phone. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

  I had an incredible experience with **************************. I dealt with *********, and she was so helpful. When I called, she was on the phone with another customer. She texted me and said: "I'm on a call, but please leave your name, location, and the lift you are interested in, and I will call you back in **************************************** back. She told me that they stocked the lift I wanted in ************, but they were out. We should have it in a couple of days, and I will call you. In a 2-3 days, she texted me and said, The lift is in stock. I went online and bought it, got my receipt. She called me and said that I would get another email in 24 hours. This would be my pick-up paperwork. Just as she said, I got my email paperwork the next day, I drove to ************, ******* (about 40 minutes away), showed them my paperwork at the warehouse, and within 20min they loaded my trailer with the lift. I bought the HW10KOH. It took me about a day to install it with a couple of helpers. I have done 5 or 6 jobs with it in the last few weeks, and I love it!   A few years ago I had a thought of putting a lift in my new pole barn. When I decide to complete a project, I start out doing research on pricing, how it is constructed, company reliability. I read reviews and talk to people I know who have the item. I competed the research and began to set when I wanted to start the build. I spoke with the customer service department and found that if you picked up the product you would receive a large discount. I picked up my lift and could tell right away that it was built solid, and that it was packaged well.Brought it home and began the process of unpacking and laying out the parts. The only video that I would recommend is the one by *** *****. He was very precise and detailed. The instructions are simple but kind of confusing. Once I got the parts in the correct order of installation it was fairly straightforward. One of the main reasons and benefits of using this lift is the customer service department! They are very knowledgeable and professional and they bend over backwards to help and make sure that you have success ??????

  YOUR SEARCH IS OVER! I have purchased 6 lifts over the course of 5 years.Great Quality, Great communication, Great experience. Easy, drama free. Everytime. The lifts come with a warranty, the customer service is great, and the company is easy to get ahold of. I have 3 of the ALI Certified Falcon TR-10C at my commercial shop, 2 of the HW-10KBP-A 2 post lifts at my personal shop, and just purchased a HW-8S 4-post for a residential garage. I have spent nearly $20k with this company and I can reach them with a simple text message. Whether its order update, parts, or technical questions, they've gotten me the information i needed. In a world where everyone is trying to sell you something, ********* and ******** at A-Plus lifts just make things easy. They don't try to force you purchase their product like so many other companies do, and their business model isn't based off talking down about other companies.Thank you A-Plus ***** and Team for continuing to take care of your customers!   We ordered three lifts from them. Two were in stock which we went to pick up, those lifts are alright nothing special. The larger lift which we were told is in high demand, would be in stock by the end of November, which we have already paid a deposit on. We reach out the second week of December. The sales agent, which we can only text no phone calls wanted apparently, was very rude and unhelpful. They first could not find our original order and had no record of our phone number, then after finally finding it, we were told our lift would not be in until the end of December. I stated I would like to just cancel, no answer. Then the following week the lift shows up in **************, 7 hours away from where we were supposed to pick up, they did offer to bring it to a different warehouse inconveniently. The sales agent was rude the entire time and was not transparent about the lifts originally. Then they stated they would not give us our deposit back even after all the inconvenience and deception. The sales agent then proceeded to say it was due to the lift sitting in a warehouse and not selling, but we were told it was in 'high demand?' Be careful before you order. The two lifts we have are decent, but be careful ordering anything not in stock.

  We believe this customer must have submitted the review to the wrong party. The customer purchased two ****** car lifts in September 2024. The lifts were in stock. We sent pickup info to the customer right after the purchase and the customer picked up the lifts from our PA warehouse. We did not ship the lifts to this customer. We have customer service person answering phone calls, emails, chat, and text messages during business hours. Our 800 number ************ is published on the website. All calls will be answered.

  I purchased this lift a few days ago. It was fairly easy to assemble. This product is what I expected. The customer service was great! They made it very easy to order. **************** sent me all the information I needed to make pick up an easy task at the terminal.
