      **** was efficient replacing the decals on the side panel and replacing the fuel tank.

      I purchased all new tires from *************** and two weeks later I had a blowout on the freeway on the drivers side rear tire. *************** told me to take it to any dealership since that should not happen to a brand new tire. I had it towed to Ford of Kirkland.Their immediate response was to find a way to not be responsible. They ignored that the tires were just replaced, they claimed that I didn't buy the tires when it was replaced, then claimed that I hit some road hazard without any evidence. No explanation how this mysterious road hazard hadn't impacted the thousands of other cars on I-5.I towed it to discount tire who installed the exact same tire with a warranty at a price that was still cheaper than *************************** has completely lost all trust.

      I took it in for a warranty repair regarding the powertrain. Besides telling me that it was covered after all due to an "external influence" such as a rodent biting through the cables, they still charged me $250, and gave me an estimate of $13,000 for repairs. I believe this is ridiculous and such a money grab. I do not have rodent issues at home since we have pest control, and powertrain issues should have been covered under warranty, or so they state. Never buying a ******* again.

      *** at Ford of Kirkland (off of 124th), was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and got me into the car I wanted! With a less than perfect credit score- he and **** (with financing), got me low payments with a low interest rate. I am grateful to have a safe, reliable vehicle that gets me where I need to be. I am a proud owner of a 2021 **** Bronco Sport! Highly recommend these guys.

      ***** was amazing, he helped me do most of my stuff online prior to even going into the dealership. He worked hard to secure the vehicle I was looking for and made the buying process as seamless as possible. Amazing dealership all around ***** helped get the most for my trade in even with its negative equity, and got me a great finance rate which worked out better then I could have hoped for.       Our salesman was amazing! Everyone was so kind and supportive. We felt like family and would definitely come back here to buy another **** even though our local **** Dealership is in ********. I will recommend Kirkland **** to my friends.

      **** and the rest of the team at Ford of Kirkland were fantastic, I had an enjoyable experience and would recommend them to anyone. They were friendly and took their time to explain everything during the entire process, including going over the features in my new truck. Thanks! Everyone communicated very well which made it a pleasant experience, I did not feel rushed or forgotten about. 10 out 10. The new truck is awesome!
