    My vehicle has been in the service department since 3/28/24, it is now 4/7/24. I have called multiple times to get updates on my vehicle and I continue to be told that we are "still running tests". It was just until yesterday 4/6/24 that I was offered a rental, when I was the one who brought it up. The first time I implied I needed a vehicle to get around the service rep stated that they do not supply "loaner vehicles and I would have to reach out to my insurance company, and the insurance company may possibly give me a "deal". I called on 3/29/24 for an update I was told that I would have to wait since I do not have an appointment, even though I brought my car in at 7am the day before. I called the next day, 4/30/24 asking for an update and the service rep appeared very upset stating that he had to come to work just for me since I continued to call for updates on my vehicle and that I would have to wait til they called me and that they would not have any answers until Monday (4/1/24). I waited called late Monday since no one called me, and I still received the same response we are still running test on your vehicle. I had a family member and my husband reach out hoping to get a different response and it was stated to my husband that they were running test, and they would let us know when they had more info. When my family member contacted them expressing our frustration, he was told they vehicle was a "quick fix", and I would have my vehicle back soon. I still do not have my vehicle and still no answers.

    Our client has been updated and offered alternate transportation. The part was on backorder, weve recently received this part and we are finalizing repairs this week. Working with client on improving overall satisfaction after vehicle is returned.

    We purchased a certified 2017 ****** Armada from *** Johnson ****** in May of 2020. Our salesman was ************ The transaction was smooth as glass, the rate and prices exactly as quoted. We are glad we purchased a service contract as it has payed for the repairs that have arisen over these three years of ownership. The service department has treated ** wonderfully every time we have been in for scheduled maintenance or any issue. We completely trust this dealership, as they have shown the individuals that they have hired truly represent the *** Johnson standards of 80 plus years of business. I did not see a file for the ****** store, so this will be offered for the Chevy/ Mazda home base store just ******************** is really assuring to be able to recommend this auto group to friends and family of ours. Trust them! Sincerely, ***** and *********************
