The service department is TERRIBLE. I bought a Pacifica from **************** less than 4 years ago. The Auto Start/Stop feature stopped working. They charged $200 for diagnostics and $300 for the repair, which was a new Auxiliary battery. When I went to pay, the cashier told me the aux battery died after less than 4 years because it was "poor quality". I told them I shouldn't have to pay when they sold me a "poor quality" part, and I shouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee if this was a known problem.Their general manager proceeded to tell me that they take NO RESPONSIBILITY for this because they didn't manufacture the battery. I pointed out that they are the one who sold it to me, I didn't choose which aux battery goes in the car. I certainly didn't pay a premium for a Chrysler and expect to get "poor quality" parts. He continued to express that ********* takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for what they sold.

Tl:dr - stay away from this dealership - they waste your time, lie to your face, have unethical business practices and practice bait and switch sales tactics.I went to rairdons to upgrade my jeep grand Cherokee. They made me an offer for my trade in and I selected a vehicle that was posted online. We had settled on all the details via text with the sales ***************** and GM *****. When we got there, we test drove the vehicle and were ready to sign the paperwork. Thats when they asked ** if we were ok with a different car (same model, different color). Im a little skeptical but Ok, sure. Im not particular about the color. We test drove that vehicle, and then they tell ** they cant honor the trade in value they had promised. Dropped the offer by about $6k.We walked out the door and will NOT be returning. Completely disgusted by their bait and switch tactics, you cant trust a word they say. I recommend staying away from this dealership and their shady unethical business practices. Isnt bait and switch illegal?

Buyer beware, this dealership took $1200 unwarranted from me. On 2/15/23, I purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 with 39K miles from *********************** in Kirkland. The sales process was smooth however when I went home the same evening, the car would not start. I called the dealership and they advised me to jump start the car and bring it in the next day. I jumped the car again in the morning and drove it in and asked if they could diagnose it in shop and possibly replace the battery. They said they needed to take it to an audi specialist to make sure its done right. I called the next day to check on the status and they said they havent heard back from the shop. They told me that the car was being serviced at xyz, who i then called. The service manager over there told me that it was likely a fuel pump injector causing the issues and they couldnt commit to a date when the part could be ordered and the car fixed. At this point I was starting to feel anxious since i expected to be driving the new car i literally just purchased the day before. I then spoke to a few folks at the dealership, including the general manager, about unwinding the deal because the car wasn't operating as it should be with an indefinite timeline for the fix. Basically they said that the car was inspected to work (which clearly it wasn't) and sold as-is, and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by fixing it because i didn't purchase an extended warranty from them. The general manager (************?) agreed to unwind the deal only if I pay them $1200 (specifically in cash, no credit cards) for the supposed work (prepping the car to be sold) that they've already done to my trade in. The finance manager tried to smooth things over by offering me a better loaner car or to buy something else on the lot, but at that point it was a little too late as they already lost my trust as a buyer/customer.

They inflated the price of the vehicle as they offered me more for the trade-in, and I noticed this when I signed the paperwork. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from them, wait to take the vehicle until you have been fully approved. I say this because when they gave me the car, I had approval from a bank. Still, it was an automatic reply(A real person did not approve the Application), so the following day when they received the actual approval, they were short, and instead of communicating that with me, they started running my credit with several agencies to get the full amount. When I received all those notifications that my credit kept getting pulled, I contacted the finance manager; he said we were short ***** dollars. I said no problem, I will pay what is missing, but please do not run my credit anymore. The first day they gave me the vehicle, it was dirty, with no gas or electricity. After four days, the vehicle presented a concern the battery was draining too quickly. I took the car to the service department; I was given a loaner vehicle that one of the air vents did not work, windshield wipers did not work (Meaning they were old and malfunctioning). I contacted the service department multiple times, and ****************** (the representative at the service department) would never give me a callback to provide a status update.I received my first call back after a week, and it was to tell me the car had nothing wrong with it.When they gave me the vehicle, the key had a few dents, dirty, and the Jeep 4xe had no charge, which was the main reason I took the vehicle to them, which goes to show you that my vehicle was not treated with care.Even though I purchased the vehicle there, they did not seem to care; the inside had an oil smell, it was dirty, and the battery (Electric Charge) was dead.I purchased a vehicle with a 7 percent interest rate with a total amount of $120,000 to finance. How can I be treated this way?

Visited on Jan. 25th to check out new Chargers.and value my 2013 dodge Dart SXT. Salesperson with with hair style resembling a brush in the middle of his head was rude, discourteous, argumentative and offensive. Insulted my car because of minor cosmetic damage. On a scale of 0 to 10, I would rate a 0. No customer service skills and excellent at driving away potential customers. Old school, sleazy used car salesman type! Needs significant training in customer relations or termination. Likely critically compromising dealership profitability. Had prior very negative experiences, but decided to risk another chance. This dealership is now on my permanent do not patronize list! Many negative reviews. A visit to this dealership is irritating, annoying, frustrating, stressful and time-consuming!!!
