    I bought the "Back Sock Sleeve" for knee pain but was not given the option of what size to select. I am unable to use it due to the fact it is not the correct size. Then I started being charged for VIP membership that I was not aware that I had signed up for. I called the company in July to ask why I was getting charged $37.47 every month and was told that I had a VIP membership. I requested that it be cancelled at that time and asked for a refund due to the fact that I had not checked the box for the VIP membership. I had to call again today as I got charged another $37.47 for the VIP membership. I did get a person who was able to cancel and refund the fee for this month. I should not have to call to cancel a membership that I did not request. They sent me the current order form and it does have the VIP information on it if you order today.

    Today, the 28th day of July 2023 my Venmo account was charged from a company by the name of back sock sleeve and I have never ordered or received anything from this company. I noticed that they also charged me on the 28th day of June. Both times charging me $37.57. I did not authorize these charges. I dont even know what this company is. And I would like a refund from this company but cant find info to contact them.
