    Would give a zero if possible. This company is a scam, they are preying on the elderly to buy compression socks for pain. However, they are failing to mention they are automatically enrolling your credit card information to a monthly subscription where $24.95 a month. I called multiple times to cancel my mothers account and customer service was unable to help. Upon requesting a manager or supervisor l, I was hung up on. SCAM

    Don't buy from them. They charge you monthly for a VIP membership that you don't sign up for. Website tells you to contact customer service to cancel, but then you have to leave a **************** say they will email you. Avoid this company!! 1 star only because it won't let me leave less

    This company is a scam. In 2023, I digned up to receive a free pair of compression socks. I was to only be chsrged $6.95 for shipping. I recrived a pair of socks and I thought that was the end. Well on 6/9, 6/13 and 6/22, I was charged $37.57. I never received any additional merchandise. I attempted to contact the company and was unsuccessful. I reached out to my credit card company and they would not recerse thd charges. Do not order anything gtom this company, period!

    Same as everyone else. I thought my husband was possibly making purchases and then I recognize the amounts were all the same and coming out on the same day of the month for $37.57 never approved of this hard to understand how this is not recognized, tracked and shut down.

    Monthly charge we NEVER agreed to. They don't have a website. We have no clue who they are or what they think they are charging us for or how they got our credit card number.Wonderful credit card company reversed the charges and cancelled our card but they are allowing the other ongoing charges for a month until we can get them changed to the new card which is **************** learned that we need to check the credit card bills EVERY month IMMEDIATLY when we get them.

    Would like to leave NO stars, but can't. Ordered a free knee brace mos ago and I only had to pay shipping. Didn't fit and when trying to reach company, after much searching, found an email to request return or exchange. Was a TOTAL joke. Cost more to return, but no other sizes available either. So have brace that doesn't fit n out shpg fee. It's months later and today I get a call from fraud services about a subscription on my card and charge of $37.** for something I did NOT approve, nor knew anything about...I even reviewed my emails. I then had to call and make an unauthorized charge on my card and verify all info, etc. Charge reversed and card cancelled with a new one enroute due to this BS. I'm always VERY careful about online purchases and this is a first for me and angers me for being duped! This is a SCAM by the company that charges people a VIP subscription fee they didn't agree to and is of no benefit to the customer either!! A MAJOR PHISHING SCAM that needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!! I can only imagine how many others they've defrauded! Grrrrr!! DISGUSTING!! Hope they get busted and charges brought against them!! VILE SCAMMERS!!!

    I have same problem as everyone else. I am being charged a monthly membership which I never agreed to. I got the one pair of socks supposedly just pay shipping they have been taking almost $$38 out of my account every month. I cant afford this. Im a disabled senior wish I could give no stars

    I ordered a sock sleeve and now Im being charged a monthly for membership that I never agreed to. I have no idea as to how I can cancel my membership because there is no way of contact, no number is listed.
