    I paid for the yearly rate all upfront now WYZE in now charging me a monthly fee on top of that. I told them but they are still charging me.

    Smart bulbs are great. WYZE bulbs are not. I have learned from lots of poor customer service, poor app functionality and poor product reliability - new bulb failure. I will never buy a WYZE product again. Support service is poor because of lack of skill and, most importantly, complete indifference to providing service. Poor app functionality results in unsuccessful set up and ongoing bulb operability challenges. Finally, my bulbs failed and required warranty replacement, which was nearly impossible to receive. I learned my ****** never from WYZE again.

    Good luck I like the products but if you have a problem prepare to be ignored been waiting a month with a problem sent many emails and finally messaged them again tonight and they just closed my ticket with no response every time I have called nothing gets done cool and fun products terrible customer service as you can see from the other 375 reviews

    I RETURNED ITEMS BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT THEY HAD.SEEKING A REIMBUSEMENT AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS. THEY SAY ( HAVE CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL) THEY DID THE REIMBUSMENT BUT HAVE NOT.STILL WAITING. I WILL ALSO CONTACT CREDIT BE.URO REPORT

    I have been charged extra for my monthly subscription. I tried doing the live chat and they said no you have 3 cameras no I only have 2! There is absolutely NO customer service phone number for their billing department. So they can just charge your account whatever they want as many times as they want and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. I hope they go under soon

    Wyze double charged me the $99 for my Cam Plus Unlimited annual subscription ($198), which wasn't supposed to renew until next month, charged me $7.99 for a Cam Plus Unlimited monthly subscription that I canceled ages ago, then charged me $36.37 for... I genuinely have no idea.Contacted support and they're refusing to make it right. Here's the kicker: they acknowledged they double charged the $99, that the $7.99 shouldn't have renewed, *and* they also don't know what the $36.37 was for... and still said there's nothing they can do.Looks like it's time for a charge back. Wyze are a bunch of crooks.

    Terrible products, terrible warranty service. In light of repeated refusals to honor their warranty, I had to repeatedly demand that they honor consumer laws and threaten regulatory and other complaints as well as social media posts before they would agree to send a replacement unit.

    I have attempted everything to fix an issue with one of my motion sensors with zero success. I followed all the instructions on their website to a tee and opened a ticket online but all ******* would say is "sorry, we can't do anything for you." Basically, they said I'm SOL. I have purchased many products from Wyze over the years and quickly realized that they do NOT stand by their customers. They have constantly changed their policies and have become greedy with their subscription based services (keep in mind that in the past they were anti-subscription). They paywalled many features that used to be available for free. This company is as anti-consumer as you would expect from their 1.24/5 rating on BBB. I simply wanted my motion sensor to be fixed but here I am expressing my frustrations on BBB.

    I have tried every avenue to cancel a subscription with wise labs. Social media, customer support, instant messenger, phone calls. For the past two years I have not used their product and keep canceling only to be billed again every year. They won't refund the money either. It's time for a lawsuit I guess.
