    Would give fewer stars if I could. Never trust Wyze (s)cams. Theyll help strangers hack into your cameras and then wont take any responsibility for their actions. Complete scam and theyve done this for years. **************** wont even acknowledge what they did, much less respond.

    **************** is terrible! They will not do anything to remedy any situation you are in, hince the 1 star reviews. The had an outage that lasted about 2 days, it burned both of my cameras out. I also pay annually for both cameras ( over 200 a year) The cameras never came back on, I actually troubleshooted and waited almost 2 weeks to let them know. I finally let them know, and literally got the same *********** response from each rep. ****** robotic. I was then told, get this they will send me a 10 dollar gift card. haha I spend over ******************************************************************** 10 bucks? BY THE WAY, they never sent me the 10 bucks. Even after my wife emailed again stating "hey, is the gift card coming?" Needless to say, we never heard from them again! RUN DON'T WALK! don't fall for the cheap cameras, you will pay in the long run

    I had their Cam Plus subscription plan and using their online portal, I cancelled it and my account over a month ago since I had quit using their cameras. They ignored my cancellation and charged my credit card for another year when my plan expired on 2/26/2024. I contacted them the next day and they sent me numerous canned responses saying they would not refund my credit card since they had already charged me for a year. Their records clearly would show that I have not had cameras connected for over a month and that they made a mistake in not cancelling my subscription when I requested it over a month ago. Totally unethical practice! When I was in my 30's, I was on the Board of a local BBB and was a BBB arbitrator for cases. I am now in my 70's and this is only the 2nd negative rating I have ever given a company on the BBB website.

    I subscribed to a plan for a total of three cameras. I brought two cameras with the plan of buying a third camera at a later date. I didn't buy the third camera until two years later. When the automatic with due payment since I didn't buy the third camera until later they changed my plan to only two cameras even thru I bought a three camera pla. All I want them to do is honor the third camera at the yearly price for three that I originally brought.

    Rain, moving plants and spider webs also trigger the floodlights to activate. I believe Wyze is trying to push their customers to purchasing their expensive Cam Plus software subscription.

    Last weekend I thought I was renewing my Cam Plus for my one camera that is used to view my 98 year old mother during the night. I mistakenly purchased a subscription for an unlimited number of cameras. On Monday I called customer service and my information was sent to someone. I received and email that stated there are no refunds and my basic subscription had been cancelled. My subsequent emails received the same messages. My request to contact a supervisor went unanswered. I tried to contact corporate but so far I have had no success.

    I bought and installed their cameras to ensure that an aged sibling is safe at all times, but their cameras stopped working on the 17th of February and even though I have been with them since 6:42 in the morning, the problem has not been resolved.In addition, the camera feeds have in the past gone out and I have to call to see if the problem can be resolved. The hold time if you call is approx. 45 minutes.

    Wyze altered and restricted our account/cameras in an effort to FORCE us to pay for services. Do NOT buy these cameras or be tricked/forced into paying for services that are supposed to be free/included with the original purchase of the devices. Also, ****** the major safety/privacy issues with their devices

    The company does not stand behind their products. I purchased a camera to test and sometime went by before I got around to it. Everything went well but right after the install I was alerted of a newer firmware and recommended to update. The firmware failed and after speaking with support I was told to do the upgrade from an SSD card. That did not work either and when I called back for warranty I was told that I need proof of purchase. I explained to the that I do not have proof and told them to check the *** addresses on their system. They confirmed that the camera was installed on 2/13/2024. I further explained that the camera became inoperable because of the firmware failing and not something I did. They said the best they can do is a $20 gift card. I told them that why would I want to spend more money on a product when the one I already had failed during the install. I would not recommend wYZE Labs Inc. products to anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could. They do not stand behind the products even after it was their fault that it stopped working.

    My outdoor v2 camera stopped recording events and customer support did not do any help in resolving the issue. I would not recommend any one their product and services.
