    I have a screenshot of a customer service chat I had. This was the second time my camera, which has the subscription, did not take a video only a pic. The first time I called and ultimately it was left unresolved, with a don't call us, we'll call you statement. Days later, I have the same thing happen. This time, I choose chat. Once connected, ************ announced she was there to help, once I gave her my log #, there was silence. After asking several times if she was there she gave me, " log willl directly sent to oue engineering team."That's it. I asked if that was all? No response. No resolution. Very disappointed. You have faith in company to buy, you buy several products, but to have insignificant customer service when it comes to the security of a home. It was probably one of the most important details to make and they don't take it seriously.

    Purchased the Home Monitoring System in May 2021 along with the annual monitoring plan. The plan was renewed in May 2022. In December 2022, the sense hub failed. I called technical support and was told the warranty had expired and that I would need to purchase a new sense hub. When attempting to order the hub, I discovered that **** did not sell the sense hub, only the entire system as a package. I called technical support a second time and was told to check at *********** Best Buy, Amazon, Microcenter and ******** Guess what, none of these merchants sells the sense hub, only the entire system. **** also told me that if I canceled my monitoring subscription that I would not get a refund on the unused portion. Therefore, I have a monitoring system that does not work due to a failed part and a monitoring plan that is paid through May 2022 and is useless. I hope that the Attorney General for the ******************* will step in at some point and hold them accountable.

    Contradictions - Lies - *************************************** and glitchy products.Blatant contradictions, lies, obfuscation -- FALSE ADVERTISING - I asked them to honor the pricing listed on their website and in their promo videos (apparently they increased the price 8ms ago but neglected to update the site and promos) but they refuse to answer the question and just keep saying they'd like to help me... and then don't. One dept says the other is handling it -- but none do. Hours on hold only to be hung up on.Email correspondence doesn't acknowledge any of the information provided. Ultimately, my house was broken into = their products failed.I NEED the security I paid for -- I NEED a company I can rely on -- Wyze, instead, just Lies.

    Customer support hung up on my while I was waiting on hold. The two service reps that I spoke to were not able to understand the issue I was having and so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they had to submit an email ticket for a supervisor to call me back. I was emailed by a Services Specialist who managed to mess things up even worse with the subscriptions I was already having issues with, before speaking to me. I asked that a manager call me to discuss over the phone and provided my phone number. I was told that they can only contact me via email and are unable to speak over the phone. She then gave me the general customer support phone number and suggested that I call there if I wish to speak with someone on the phone. When I called back to customer support and demanded to speak with a manager, they claimed that it just isn't possible outside of an email.What kind of company has a customer support service where you can't speak with a manager or supervisor regarding issues with the customer support?! Wyze seems like a company with some great ideas, but poor execution in many areas, including customer retention and satisfaction.

    Wyze has cool products but extremely poor customer service. I ordered a scooter from them and while they initially accepted a return for it per their return policy they then cancelled the return and tried to shove me off to Segway for a return, well now ****** says its a Wyze issue since I purchased it from them, but Wyze won't accept the return because they don't have a contract with Segway for returns. All of this I reiterated to them was not my problem as I bought the product from them and expect them to actually stand behind their policies. Instead it has been hours of my time and with me as a go between Wyze and Segway which is unacceptable. To top it all off I got an email from Wyze requesting a review, which I gave them an honest one star review for and then I got a second email saying my review was moderated and they wouldn't post it. Apparently they don't post any negative reviews on their site, so their site reviews cannot be trusted at all. Extremely shady.

    I have 4 Wyze cameras that have not connected to the cloud since I've had the cloud subscription. I called customer service to troubleshoot and during the process was forced to reset my password, even after being logged on. Then I was forced to wait for a verification code that never came, and when I resent the code, it would not work. Finally, I asked for a refund of my cameras an subscription and was told **** does not give refunds. The cameras word fine, but are not great, their customer service is substandard, their cloud service does not work at all from what I have experienced, and their overall rating from me is an F. I am still going to pursue a full refund of the equipment and subscription.

    Security cameria went dead in less than 2 months; second time this has happened. They sent a replacement around mid-August 2022 - - this "new" camera has also stopped operating. I asked for a refund; their policy is "after 30 days". I don't want another replacement, I don't want any of thier products ever again. Overall, the refund is small - about $40. I can live without it, but be aware - do not trust this company.

    I was billed through the App Store AND Wyzes website for the same cameras to have cam plus. Spent 30 minutes in chat for them to say they were refunding the entire order but only refunded half. Cameras are great, customer service and the business is garbage.

    I received an email from this company in regards to some sort of access code, but I do not have an account with them. I tried to contact them to report that my email address was fraudulently used to create an account with them and I was on hold for 15 minutes and just ended up hanging up. I tried using their online chat system and it gives me an automated response as soon as I send them a message. I ended up telling them to F off and also mentioned getting an attorney. I have never even heard of this company before.

    This **** out door cameras company is horrible cant figure out how its own hardware bugs especially on the **** outdoor cams Ive purchased 4 cams all had titidious headaches company kept sending base stations for solutions and never solved issues with own cameras devices **** outdoor cams have also been hacked company never informed its consumers . Do not buy junk !!!!!!
