    I have the Wyze Pan V3 camera with a PLUS subscription that I paid for a year. The Smart Detection is to detect Vehicles, ************** While using the camera at night, it kept alerting me to MY vehicle WHICH WAS PARKED AND NOT MOVING. Countless calls to Wyze and they said Engineers are working on it. A week later the camera now picks up NO VEHICLES, PEOPLE OR PETS AT NIGHT that are moving. ???More countless calls and after trying many things they decided to replace the (warranted) camera BUT I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND TAX ! SERIOUSLY!? If bought at a store, they just replace it. Now, they want me to spend $15 on a $30 camera THAT DOESN'T WORK!More calls and I insisted they cancel my Plus subscription since it is worthless as it doesnt detect anything at night.Their answer we can cancel the subscription but no refund. These people are crooks. They sell you a product that doesnt work and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND IT! They want your money but if you have a problem youre out of luck.Stay away from Wyze. Their cameras are cheap and so is their service.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!Every time I thought about buying Wyze products, I would call to ask questions and their idiots that answer the phones don't know what they're talking about! They will say anything just to make you buy the product! Today for example, I was asking a couple of simple questions, caught the agent shooting from the hip and practically lying to me. I asked for a tech and she terminated the call! HOW CAN I BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT I CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH BEFORE THE ***** Imagine the difficulty AFTER THE *****!!

    I purchased 8 Wyze V3 cameras. I signed up for the subscriptions that came with cameras and then learned about the Cam Plus Unlimited which means you pay one annual fee of $99 not including tax for unlimited cameras. I cancelled my other separate subscriptions, but **** refuses to delete my credit cards even though my subscriptions are cancelled. You're only allowed to update your credit card info with a new card. This is the worse type of practice from any product provider. The cameras are working great, it's their poor customer support. If you call their phone number to reach people in another country outside of the **, who are difficult to understand and really can't answer questions. They refuse to transfer you to the customer support in the ** indicating they don't take calls. You then have to communicate with ** customer support via a bot chat or if you're lucky you get a person (I think). You can't speak to human being in the **. Terrible, terrible, ****************

    Warning! DO NOT PURCHASE **** PRODUCTS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EVEN RESPOND TO EMAIL. ALL THEY DO IS GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND ASKING YOU FOR LOGS AND FACTORY RESET. THE DEVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK. THEY BROKE MY THERMOSTAST WITH A FIRMWARE UPGRADE AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT. AGAIN, NO COMMUNICATION. YOU SENT THE LOGS AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYBODY. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT EXPEND IT ON THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS. THE **** PRODUCTS DO NOT EVEN LAST A YEAR. THEY OFFICIALLY LOST A CUSTOMER.HOPEFULLY YOU DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND PURCHASE THEIR GARBAGE.

    Products work ok until they send firmware updates. 20 to 30 percent of the time when updates are sent it makes the device not work properly. Latest example my Wyze thermost was to receive update. Updated it and it would then not connect to internet. Contacted customer support, or better yet lack of customer support. They could not tell me how to fix it and finally had to just reinstall it to get it working. They actually asked me to check my wiring eventhough it had been working properly for a year and a half. ***************** is a joke. Spend a little more and buy Ecobee thermostat. Have three of those and never had a problem in 6 years. *** with Wyze since they stated out and they were wyze a great company when they stated out not so much now.

    I received 2 V3 cams in December, and within a few weeks I was having issues with the cams disconnecting and going offline (Error code 90).All Wyze customer support suggested was "power cycling", or restarting the cameras. This works, but only for a few days, when one cam would go offline again, and later the other would follow suit.They literally have no other solution other than to reset the cams. That's not practical or reassuring when using a device for security purposes.DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Please invest in something more reliable. Wyze is absolutely trash and so is there customer service.

    I bought about ten Wyze cameras when they first hit the market and they were all right. About what you would expect for the price. However the company was evidently engaging in a bait and switch, because it has steadily reduced capabilities so that the cameras are now nearly useless without making another enormous investment into the Wyze scheme. The cameras have always been buggy which seemed tolerable given the price but now that every feature they came with has pivoted to a pay to play scheme, the entire system is useless. This company is a fraud.

    DO NOT BUY FROM WYZE LABS. Bought a cam V2 in less than two years after purchase it quit working. Called Wyze after severe phone system runaround Im informed the camera is obsolete. They will not have updates for camera so it will not work any longer. So I purchased a camera that is now no good because they will not update what they sold to the public. They convinced to purchase the cam plus monitor for the year. I was only able to use it for 2 months and now its useless because they choose to make my camera obsolete and they wont return my money because they made it so I can not use the monitoring system. They would not even give me a discount on the purchase of a camera or return the money for the year long monitoring that they themselves made useless to me. Also had to several times call Wyze because the camera or monitoring system had in their words some kind of a glitch. Oh and good luck getting through the phone system be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes navigating this completely NOT user friendly system

    Poor, ********************** responses. They offer 3 month activation of CAMPLUS service with each Wyze V 3 camera; however, not all cameras activate this service. They change their mind constantly on how much that service can be credited when you then buy the unlimited annual CAM PLUS coverage for all your cameras. They sent me an e mail this morning after signing up for that service listing a 30 day free trial. This company did not believe me when I told them my boxes listed the 3 month activation of CAMPLUS service and requested pictures of the boxes (which I sent). They would not honor the 30 day free trial of the unlimited, did not believe I had an e mail, so I had to send that as well. I spent 45 minutes arguing with ******, a representative. They are supposed to make a decision on what they will offer me (I told them what I expected), but I doubt if they take any action. I have absolutely lost confidence in their support and will not recommend the cameras to anyone. This was a hot topic at my family Christmas party this week. 3 family member had the very same opinion of the customer service department. I will tell anyone I know to reconsider purchasing from Wyze just because of my experience today. This was ridiculous.

    One Star is much too much for this sad excuse of a company. They did not honor their pricing, promotion, shipping times and completely dropped the ball on an a large order. They proceeded to blame everyone else; bank, Amazon, me and shockingly, no one did anything wrong but ****. That seems to be a pattern. they waste hours of your time deflecting their internal problems. Getting them to live up to what they promote and deliver on their binding commitments seems next to impossible as their behavior has repeatedly shown in these BBB reviews. We will contact our Attorney General as well, this company deserves a class action suit of some sort as they don't seem to understand how to listen to their customers individually. My nightmare with **** continues, is completely documented with screenshots of multiple lies and gamesmanship from Wyze reps, and is available to anyone as proof for you to RUN don't walk away from this disaster of a company.
