    I confirmed my appointment with *****, but nobody showed up. ***** tried to blame it on my lack of appointment confirmation, but that is simply not true. I believe he over-booked the appointment slot and did not want to admit it. It left me stranded without moving help when I needed it lost. A very unprofessional company.

     Hello ***********;

    We have been lately gotten an avalanches of copy  cats who are using our name to smear or denigrate our reputable services  . The trend has been noted in Puget sound areas and its environments  . We only book clients via emails and we never collect the payments prior to the completions of our services .We also do not solicit wannabe clients for our services . The notion that somehow  we overbooked ourself is not only untrue but unfounded .. We dont have your name on our database as a potential  clients for the future moves or for the week.

    Early February I requested a moving quote, this was the first company to get back to me almost immediately after my quote was submitted. I liked the prompt service when I decided to make my move. I asked them if they were available for Feb 26th, they agreed and got me scheduled even brought me boxes to prepare for my move. On the 21st I received a phone called asking if I could change my date to the weekday, I explained no I work and am told he is taking the business for his uncle and he already has something on Sunday but returns my call and says its a big inconvenience but he asked the other person to reschedule. On the 22nd I found out the new home wasnt going to be ready. Without thinking I called immediately to see about rescheduling and say the 4th after hanging up and looking at my schedule I realize that wouldnt work best for me and asked if the 12th would work, he said no bc that Sunday person but we agreed to the 11th. Here it is the 9th, I was sitting in an event in ********** and they call. I declined as I was in an event but text letting them know Ill call when I was done. He proceeded to text me telling me he has a state inspection on Saturday and cant do the move and asked if I can do it on the 13th. I had already told him the weekdays dont work for me, and blames me that my date has changed already and I need to be flexible. Of course this is aggravating being blamed for a companys inability to properly schedule someones move at a time I cant talk and two days before my move knowing its going to be next to impossible to find available movers. So when I called I was upset and my voice was escalated. He said he had an inspection however also said my move isnt big and isnt worth doing two days before my move.

    Apparently there are so many copy cats in this industry. Who are you?we dont do any moves without coming to your site for a quote and thats per **************** household moves and regulations .You wonna be compensated but we didnt offer you no services. We just dont get it .ANY paperwork?suffice it to bbb coz i would love to see em too. Thanks
