    The owner, *****, is extremely hostile and unreliable! He told me he would be at my house at **** this morning. However, he showed up 6 hours late and became extremely violent and hostile when I asked if he would be able to make it today. I explained that I'm in the Army and have a very tight timeline that must be met. ***** became furious that I questioned his ability to unload the truck, so in anger, he canceled the job and told me to go F$&K myself. He's a very ignorant person, and I wouldn't have selected him to help me if I wasn't stuck on a timeline. According to him, he could meet it, but he obviously lied, resulting in me incurring more expenses. Now, I will owe the truck rental $1000 a day past the scheduled drop-off, which he caused by lying about his ability. As a 23-year Army SGM, I strongly advise against hiring this company. Their work ethics are absolutely appalling. I will be requesting that **** blacklists this company due to their mistreatment of soldiers.
