      I am filing a formal complaint/review against Bud Clary ************************ for negligence in repairing my ***** CX-5, resulting in significant damage and financial hardship. After bringing my car in for additional repairs, Bud Clary took it to a car wash without my authorization, violating the repair agreement. During this unauthorized trip, an inexperienced employee damaged the axle while attempting to avoid a collision. Although Bud Clary initially admitted fault, they later shifted blame to pre-existing issues, which is contradicted by a recent maintenance report confirming the car was in excellent condition just days prior. I had to pay $1,770 for repairs due to their negligence.Furthermore, Bud Clary's employees, some with multiple DUI convictions, may have contributed to the damage. I filed a formal bar complaint against the arbitrator, who demonstrated clear bias by dismissing expert evidence and siding with the dealership, despite their admission of fault. Expert witness **** ******, *** and ***** both confirmed the damage was caused by Bud Clary.This matter was taken to court, and I have submitted evidence, including a transcript showing judicial bias, to pursue further action. Bud Clarys refusal to take responsibility for their actions reflects their corrupt practices, and I am determined to hold them accountable.

      Worst customer service ever. I bought a car from them 4 weeks ago. In the contract they are supposed to fix a part on my dash that was missing. They told me they would call in 2 weeks to schedule. We are now on week 4 and Ive called multiple times and no one answers the phone. When I leave messages, no one calls back. Ive tried texting the manager and the salesman that sold me the car and again zero response. I completely regret ever going here.
