      RADIA - Not helping me. I have called them 3 times in order to legitimize billing. The billing I received gave no billing information other than a reference to Swedish hospital. I do not trust such transactions and do what I can to legitimize. I was not able to do so. I left a comment asking them to contact me and stated that until then, I will hold payment (what ever that *** be). *************

      We have received a collection notice and contacted Evergreen Professional Recoveries.Came to find out they supposedly have 3 years of past due notices from RADIA INC PS.Radia has never billed us directly for these services, and from all the other complaints we see here, we are not alone.Very rude and poor customer service. Wish we could leave less than 1 star.

      Went in for imaging, and the MD rushed the reading, resulting in a blatant misdiagnosis. Normally not a big deal, as most places fix mistakes. However, Radia turned this into a fiasco. When I requested they fix the mistake, multiple staff resorted to gaslighting me (ie. mental abuse) to get me to accept their misdiagnosis, yelling at me, religious discrimination, and other forms of mistreatment. Then the MD started contacting my care providers and altered my medical record, without my knowledge and consent. Its also important to mention that most their employees are severely under trained in HIPAA rights, as many of them tell me a patient cannot request an amendment to the medical record. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and their providers and staff completely deviate from the standard of care, engage in abuse, and they are some of the most narcissistic people Ive ever met. Working with mental patients is easier than dealing with Radia!

      I was turned into, what I can only assume is RADIA's own collection company, as they are called Evergreen Collections (hmm, same name as a RADIA location), when I was first getting the calls from this Evergreen place, I thought it was spam. I was very irate, when I did return their call and found out they are a collection agency for RADIA. I was told Many, many times that it was an insurance issue and they were working on this with my insurance company- next thing I know, I'm getting calls from a ****************** I was told between RADIA, *********** and my employer that this should all be paid for, I didn't owe anything. again, "please be patient and wait another 4-6 weeks" so I did, only to keep getting calls from Evergreen ****************** So I called them, and RADIA and asked them how I get this off my record- RIGHT NOW, well if you pay it now, it will be off. so, I did pay the nearly $500 bill. Then again am told to wait for my refund, then when I call back, there's an auto voice explaining to me that I'm owed a refund, and its on its way- well- DUH, so wait more time, its a complete joke this company. It has been almost a year, and I STILL do not have my $500 refund! - even though, today, I called RADIA again and the automation voice tells me looks like you have a CREDIT!- WTH are you kidding me?! so when do you think I will ever get this? I will never use this company again, it is a waste of my time, and then for FRAUDENTLY put my information to their in-house collections is BS and wrong on so many levels. Such a ********************* and I will tell everyone- crazy thing in a co-worker who is in my same department is going through the same thing... so how many more?

      Just received my first "NOT A BILL" statement from this outfit, seems fishy and predatory. My insurance has already paid them, I'm not sure if it is legal to bill me for services already paid. I was not notified at the ** Scan that I would be individually billed for this service.

      By far the worst billing department to deal with when in an auto accident. You cannot update insurance via *********, they ask that you fax insurance information to their office and call to confirm it was received. 90% of the time it wasnt received, so you have to re-send. Several bills fell into collections because their billing office failed to bill out correctly- which is a disservice to the clients they serve.

      BE WARNED !!!The billing group for Radia Imaging Center Holdings, LLC dba ******* Radiology sent my account to a collections agency while it was being paid ! The clinical side of the business is fine but I will not use ******* Radiology for any imaging needs in the future since their billing **** is apparently in a state of chaos based on my conversations with them and on the many other similar reports posted here and elsewhere on line.

      The company is literally trying to steal money, three different times they were paid for the services by my insurance company in the allowed time frame. Three times they still billed me directly, and claimed they were not paid by my insurance, and if I don't know any better three times I would have been forced to pay them approx $300 if I didn't take the time to call ****** and get the *** number myself on my own time. Even better, if I didn't pay in time they send you to a collection agency and then you are screwed which happened once when I moved and didn't receive the direct bill until it was too late. Shameful and pathetic, direct billing when they have already been paid by the insurance company for the services.

To view the status of your account at any time, click here yea right. For more info about us, you can visit www.radiax.com. Thank you again for placing trust in Radia for your healthcare needs. Reply Stop to stop texts regarding your from our billing service and receive a paper statement. I used the phone number listed on BBB. They wanted my name and date of birth or they couldn't help me. I asked for the supervisor who took my phone number and said I would not be receiving any more texts instead would get paper billing. I told her that her telephone system said I had a zero balance and she repeated I would not get text but paper communication. I told her that the text looks like a phishing expedition and that it only made me and others angry.
