      My daughter bought a shirt and we took it home. After trying it on, the fit was poor, so we went to return it. I showed up with the shirt, my purchasing credit card, and the receipt, after which they said I had to create an account with them to do a return. I have no desire to create an account or be blackmailed into giving my private information, so they refused to return my payment. Our family policy is to never again shop this organizations retail spaces moving forward.

      I had over one billion stash rewards points from making purchases back to back either in one day or every other day. I was told that I am able to use my rewards since I was legend status and I wouldnt have to pay for anything by using these points. I did so. Once I ordered the items on the app from the points that I have earned Zumiez sent me an email stating that they had to cancel and took away my rewards due to suspicious activity on my account. I called customer service and the representative was stating there were inconsistencies on my account and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor then explained to me that he cannot foresee anyone making large purchases in 1 day or 2 days apart which is b.s to me. You do not know if that person has the funds to make these type of purchases. They basically accused me for saying that I was using other peoples/employees receipts to add onto the account which I would never do something like that if I shop at this store. They took away my points and now I wont be receiving any of the items Ive purchased using the EARNED STASH REWARDS which is so messed up. Zumiez needs to either take away the stash rewards away or let the customers know that they have a certain amount to redeem them or theyll just have to start over. This isnt fair, They want me to show proof from 3-4 years ago but I dont have the receipts from back then I hope they fix this issue and get better

      Ordered a pair of shoes back in May and never received my order. I contacted customer support in which they said they'll ship it to the store and whether or not if that is okay. I responded that I was moving out of that area so it would not arrive in time for me to go out to the store and receive it which they responded no they already went ahead and shipped it out to the store? Why did they even bother asking me? Now I'm down over $100 on a pair of shoes I cannot get. **************** was rude and denied ever receiving an email of me stating I would prefer not shipped out to the store but the same person (********) was the one who responded to that email. Terrible customer service and return policy. She tells me to go get it myself and get a refund from the store that way but stores do not offer returns on online purchases.
