    After having a pet protection barrier on my small patio that looks over the alleyway for more than two years, ********************* manager and broker of northern group RA LLC has decided to aggressively pursue me and force me to take down the barrier. I'm one of six owners of a small building on ************ who have hired *** and pay him to manage our building.On April 29th 2024 he threatened me and said if I didn't take down barrier that he would charge me a fine. I asked him for language that allows him to charge a fine and he ignored my e-mail. I worked all week and when the weekend came, I took down the barrier; even though I took the barrier down on Wednesday March 7th 2024 he added a $50 fine to my account and threatened to add more. ********************* needs to remove the fine and stop harassing me.

    ******************* Is a disgruntled owner who was caught violating rules of the association in which she lives. The board and ourselves have tried to work with her to resolve the issue but she refuses. She is a bully and refuses to listen to anyone. she believes she can do whatever she wants regardless of the rules. She was warned of the rules violation and what needed to be done. She has not complied. A subsequent violation notice include a fine which she was told would happen if she did not comply with the rules. What she calls aggressive is the board enforcing the rules. We are merely the messenger. **** removed one screen and installed another. **** needs to follow association rules and remove any screen in violation of those rules.

    **** is falsely lashing out at us since there is nothing she can do to the board.

    Rik, your response shows your immaturity and lack of professionalism. 

    The screen was removed and a small catio to protect my cats was put in its place. I am in no way utilizing, affecting, or decorating the building structure. You have no jurisdiction on which to stand. The fine needs to be removed.

     I've asked for a meeting I believe five different times and you have ignored me. If the owners, of which I am one, wish to regulate what we have on our patio, then we will need to define expectations. The Board is abusing its power as well.

    You are acting out of turn and abusing your authority. 

    Please schedule a meeting among the six owners and post the date here.

    I will be waiting.
