I live in a condo in ******* and do not recommend this business for those seeking a management company for their HOA. Even getting something as simple as a replacement *** for one's garage and then getting it programmed has thus far taken nearly two weeks and the *** is still not programmed. Calls and emails to ******************* are delayed and go unanswered. Yesterday I called **************** twice including one call categorized as an emergency and there has been no response in 24 hours. As a senior citizen undergoing medical care, I am concerned about my ability to get inside my garage in the evening without a *** although I pay Northland a monthly fee for their services. I will be reporting this business to all local BBB agencies in King *******

Ms ******************* has mental health issues. Her statements are completely fallacious.   she automatically assumes the worst. Rather than actually listening to what I was saying when I spoke with her, she kept interrupting to telling me all her ailments and issues in her life. When someone is interrupting like this they are already thinking about what to say rather than listing to the other person.

Both of the events Ms ****** mentions (returned package and fob activation) were out of our control. We did our part and mailed fobs within a couple days of her request. It was unfortunate there was a delay by the postal service and eventually the post office returned the package to us. Rather than resubmitting via mail, I hand delivered fobs to her to avoid further delays.

We also do not submit request to activate fobs until they are in an owners possession (this is for security reasons). As I explained to her at that time, it typically takes one or two days to activate depending how busy the locksmith. Rather than jumping to conclusions, assigning blame and posting complaints, it would have been to her  benefit if she would have waited like I explained.

None of this was actually an issue until Ms ****** had the fobs in her possession and suddenly everything was an emergency in her mind.

Further, I checked my phone; there were no messages from her.
