      The gazebo itself is absolutely wonderful. I attempted to order a new mosquito net after 3 years. I live in ****** and they will not deliver from the ************* to ******. If you plan on buying a gazebo from these people you're on your own when the elements get to your mosquito netting and you need to replace it.

      I have been looking for cushions for my reclining lazy boy outside furniture for 2 years. I finally found them and they exceeded my expectation, delivery came in a day considering I'm in ** via ******I will buy again more cushions and see what else they have available. I was nervous at first because there are no reviews and said let me be the first to leave an awesome review.

      I ordered the 12x16 ********* gazebo over a year ago. The curtains were trashed in less than a year. I bought two 8 ft outdoor shades for one side of it and they were way too long. Measures the gazebo from longest part of the roof and it was only 15 ft and 9 inches. It was an absolute pain to put the roof on it, so it will stay till it falls in, but buyer beware. Its not the size it says and putting the roof on it is death defying. Oh and to replace the crappy curtains it going to be a pain to get them off and on again and cost you over $200.

      I ordered what I thought was an 8x5 Grill canopy set. When I received it I discovered it was just the canopy top. I followed their instructions for returns - a photo of the unopened item and reason for return. I was provided with a ***** return label and returned it. Tracking showed it was returned but they didnt refund my money. After numerous emails and texts I received an email asking why I returned it. Again, I told them why. I am still waiting for a response from them about my refund. Ive never dealt with such a shady company. My next step is to my banks fraud hotline.

      I ordered what was posted on Kozyards website as large umbrella base/stand. What arrived was the base weights to be filled with sand or water. But no stand. I contacted Kozyard by phone and the rep said she told them to remove this item from their website quite a while ago. She went on to explain that there is no stand included despite the website description and photo. She said I could take the base pieces to a ***** (I no longer drive) and return the bases. But likely a 20% restocking fee would be deducted and I would have to call back and request the restocking fee be refunded also. I asked if ** could just buy an umbrella base. She said they no longer sell umbrella bases. I received a request to complete a review via email from Kozyard. I gave them one star and explained why but the review was never posted but the umbrella and base was finally removed from their website. Very deceptive advertising and customer service was meh.

      Bought from this company and called to verify that it was exactly the item I wanted before I purchased and STILL they sent me wrong item. Now trying to get my money back for the wrong item and what also seems to be a used item they sent me?!

      This company did not honor its warranty and demonstrated very unethical business practices. It would appear as though the person who handles such matters is a *****. Karma.

      The phone number is to ********* No response to the email due to The gazebo is missing pieces. Amazon should not allow the company to do business on their site

      This has to be the most horrible company Ive ever had to deal with, ** still in shock how careless they are. The customer service people have zero knowledge of any of the products or hardware and there is no tech support the customer service is it. I talked to the owner because I was amazed of how much the customer service people lacked any training or knowledge of the job, the owner had even less knowledge of the business the the customer service girl who knew nothing. The s**** provided are too big even though all the numbers match on the instructions and they just want to resend screws that they cant tell me exactly what they are only theyre the one that are suppose to come with the gazebo and cant tell me if its the ones I have already or not. Stay away from this company unless you have a lot of money and stone to loose go for it.
