      JRCC handled a water damage issue at our home. Quickly arrived to start drying things out in under 24 hrs, and remove damaged flooring, insulation and sheetrock. Then put it all back together, working with our insurance company to make sure it got paid (after they initially denied the claim). I recommend JRCC.

      I have used their services a few times and it is always a relief. They take care of the mess from the water damage and then remodel everything that was damaged to put it back together. They also help dealing with the insurance and give all the documentation needed. ****** and **** make sure the process is smooth and kept me in the loop. You guys are the best!

      If you're looking for the slow service, cheap quality, unmet promises, and shady business practices this is the company for you. The repair has been dragging out for over a year. The work is subpar at best and it's clear they hire the cheapest work which gives the cheapest results. They say one thing and do another and don't follow through on what they say they will do. They also like to deviate from the agreement and will use items that were not agreed upon. Most likely left over supplies from a previous job. They also give no thought end result using what ever means to get the job done. Avoid this company at all costs or pay the results of their terrible work. They may be cheap, but it shows in the terrible work I will likely be paying out of pocket extensively to repair the damage and poor quality of their work. No savings to be had here.
