      On 01/20/25, I bought a 2013 ******** ATS from Bud Clary of Moses Lake. The deal was they would keep the car and install new tires, as well as fix the driver assist system. I started having problems with the driver assist 2 weeks after getting it back from dealership. They also installed one of the tires wrong and the bead was tore and is stuck between the tire and rim. I contacted my sales *** to get this handled and he said he would get ahold of me on monday, presidents day, i am still yet to hear from him then i find out he blocked my number. If i ***lace one tire I have to ***lace all four due to it being AWD and the driver assist was supposed to be fixed. I just want the car fixed the right way. They wont return my calls or do anything to make this right.

      Myself and my ****** service manager **** ****** have been in contact with ******* since last week regarding this issue. She sent us an email with photos showing the issues she was having with her tires. I got **** involved and he reached out to ******* with a resolution offer. This matter is in the process of being resolved. **** has an appointment scheduled to get her issues fixed. I have spoke to the sales *** that was not answering her calls and that matter has also been resolved.
