      Service is terrible. I've had 3 previous oil changes and each time its been on avg. 3 - 4 hours. And will not give you an update on your vehicle call or text.

      To clarify, your appointment was scheduled as a drop-off, which typically allows for a 4-hour service window. ******* made sure to inform you about the expected drop-off time and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. We understand that this may not have met your expectations, and were sorry for any frustration that may have caused.

      For future appointments, if you prefer a quicker turnaround, we recommend booking a "waiter" appointment, which allows us to complete the service within 1-2 hours. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a better experience for you next time.

      Terrible customer service. They dont return phone calls/texts to give status on our vehicle. We had our car in there for a 7:30am appointment. I started calling at 11:00 am to get status. No one would answers or calls me back. I called every hour and left messages. I even tried texting. No response. My wife finally got through on the phone at 4:45 and they told her they havent even looked at the vehicle yet. She told them she was going to pick the car up at 5:00. When she gets there to get it, they told her they had to stop working on it because she was coming to pick it up. The car had been there since 7:30 am. Why did they wait until 5:00 to start working on it. Today Ive been trying to get ahold of the manager but conveniently no one answers and again Im forced to leave a message that no one responds to. My next option is to pay them a visit in person. This isnt the first issue weve had with them, but they supposedly have a new service manager and we hoped things would be different. THEY ARE NOT!

      On the 24th of May 2024 at 10:45, I had an appointment at the Bud Clary **** dealership for an oil change on my 2021 **** Ranger. I had expected to have my vehicle back and on the road no latter than 1pm, preferably sooner because I needed to drive it to ***** and arrive by 5pm. I checked if it was done around 1:15 it was not done yet. At 2:25 I checked on it again, I was told it would be ready to go in 5 minuets. I waited 10 minuets and no one came to get me so I asked if it was ready. I was told that it was done but they lost the key.At 2:56 I was told they found the key but they also discovered when looking for my keys that the truck was not only not ready but the servicing hadn't even started yet.At 3:07 I was handed the keys and told it was done and parked out front. I received no multipoint inspection paper work and I am not sure they even did any work given the time line.This experience is unacceptable and the absolute worse level of service I have ever had, dealership or not. I expect the quality of service at a **** dealership to be above and beyond other types vehicle repair places. Also, this is not the first time I have been disappointed at this location but I guarantee it will be my last. I will not be bringing my vehicles here again and will recommend to everyone I know to use other establishments.

      Bud clary ford of Moses lake worst customer service I have ever experienced! My pickup has been sitting at bud clary ford of Moses lake since june for warranty motor work, as it has been sitting in the same parking space for almost the last 5 months. I have contacted the bud clary service department and was told I would receive a new motor September 7th when I called the **** warranty in august they said they have only heard from bud clary two times and I was not receiving a motor. Bud clary still had to submit pictures. It is now October 23 and I have no updates on when my pickup will be worked on let alone finished.
