      Had 2 bathrooms done by Bath Fitters and almost 5 years later they are beautiful and so easy to clean. Very professional and kind people. Would highly recommend!

      I had a shower, put in by bath fitter and the lifetime warranty. The shower tub started to leak and when I called customer service I was passed around multiple times and then told the warranty department were closed.I have a leak in the floor below.

      I am very unhappy with the overall experience. We chose to have a tub and shower done by Bath Fitters to avoid the normal construction process. It was scheduled for the 25th of April, the installer was on time and courteous. Half way trough the process it wad discovered the wrong tub had been ordered and he would not be able to complete the job. I spoke with the salesman and informed him of the problem and was told they could make the shower usable until a tub could be brought in....The tub was covered in spray adhesive, the surround was partially installed. I declined and said I would wait for completion. I have had the smell of adhesive, the walls popping all night, and a huge mess. I waited over a week and still had heard nothing, I called and was told they would have a date shortly, I called the following day and was given a tentative date. I expected some communication, and was surprised by the lack of concern on their part. Meantime I have had to reschedule the plumber and cabinet installers twice. I could have had a standard bathroom remodel for less and been done. I have tried to contact corporate with no success, I am not sure how the lifetime warranty will work if the customer service is so poor before and during the process.I would not recommend this company, there are several others to choose from.

      While we are certainly unhappy that this customer's tub was mis-measured, and therefor ordered incorrectly, as the customer mentions, we offered to complete the installation (minus the tub) in order to avoid exactly what she is experiencing. Odor, popping, messy appearnance etc. As she said, she denied us the opportunity to finish what we could and said that she wished to wait. 

      On the date of her initial installation which she mentioned was April 25th, and after the error was discovered, the tub was immediately reordered and expedited (while the installer was still in the house) and she was given a new installation date of May 9th (also while the installer was still in the house-I personally gave this date over the phone and she confirmed)  This date has been in our system since the 25th and since she verbally confirmed with us,we didn't feel it necessary to call her and reiterate the date. Clearly, she feels we should have so we will own that. Never once was she given a tentative date- in fact, the only call I could find either to or from her, (every single one of our calls are recorded) was a VM left by us, confirming that her tub was indeed on our next shipment, and she was still on for the 9th. 
      As for the calls to corporate, their calls are also recorded so in the event that she did try to contact them and the call went without a response, I cannot speak to. I can say however, that this would be unheard of. Corporate, along with all our Bath Fitter Franchises, has a 100% call back mandate.  


      I feel like this review is unfair as we have done everything in our power to make her happy. Her claim is full of statements that are simply untrue, and we can most certainly provide supporting evidence to that fact. 

      We look foward to the tub installation on the 9th and trust that the customer will ultimately be very satisfied with her decision. We will of course, continue to honor our lifetime warranty and hope to turn this experience in to a positive one for her.

      In response to my statements, I also have my call records and voicemail from ******* giving a tentative install date until shipment was confirmed. I have 1 call to ***** while the installer was in the house and he requested the installer call him with the correct measurement. I was not given an install date at this time. I made 3 calls to ******* on the 28th of April I received a VM from ******* on the 29th giving a tentative date of the 9th of May, I made 1 call and left a message for ******* on the 1st of May. ******* returned my call on the 1st of May confirming the tub was in the shipment and I was given the confirmation of install on the morning of the 9th. I have scheduled the other contractors around this date. I am looking forward to the completion of this project also.

      We got a bathroom remodel with a brand new tub and shower and I couldnt be more unhappy. First of all the installer gouged our linoleum floor and never offered to fix it second the water pressure is not adjustable so youre stuck with one pressure no choices.
