Salesman lied to me about windows he was selling me. But I did not know until I paid down payment to get things started, and it was time to install. The installers butchered my house. Owner came to house and wanted to hug it out. I wanted my money back, he wanted his windows back. I called and he threatened me with attorneys like I had done something wrong. I let owner and daughter know when new windows were to be put in and no response back from Rroc. Windows had to be removed from my house. I have not heard back from owner of Rroc exteriors. I was sold a product they don't even sell. My home was completely butchered by Rroc exteriors. I left a review.

We are very sad to see this. We offered Mrs ********* her money back once the windows were removed. She called and said they were scheduled for Monday install and when I called her on Thursday to pick up our windows she said too late they are gone. We had full intentions of honoring our agreement.
this complaint is very surprising to us and we still remain committed to making it right for the customer.

I would like to have my case re-opened at this time. Rroc exteriors wrote me a check on July 25th and as of today it has still not cleared. **** wants the complaint removed and that was one of the strings that was attached to me getting my $8800.00 returned to me. Until the check clears, I would like this case to be re-opened until I get my money back. I am to call my bank on Monday to see if it has cleared yet.
I am not getting any money back from him for the damages to my home that his company did to my home. I am not sure once **** the owner of Rroc finds out that you can not remove the complaint from your company, I think its very possible he may stop payment on the check entirely.
      Thank you for your time.
      Sincerely,

The check from Rroc did finally clear my bank. I am still out financially, for all the damages that Rroc exteriors did to my house. They do not want to pay for damages that their company did to my house. I am so sad that they could do this to my home and not be accountable for all the damage that was done. Just refund my money and leave me with a fortune in costs to try and get the proper windows installed correctly and try and have my house insulated correctly. But no matter what it will never look the way it looked before Rroc exteriors got their hands on my house and did huge damage to my house. I will never get over this, ever...
