      ****** was great at reading our needs and really was just so professional. For a young woman she really demonstrated excellent manners as well as excellent customer service. My husband and I were even more impressed that she was part of this family company and obviously was raised very well. Her parents should be proud that she is representing them. Thank you, ******!

      I just had ****** come out about a month and give me an estimate. Wow! Habeet was so knowledgeable and professional. He made the whole experience fun.I am very excited to continue working with him. Definitely highly recommend asking for Habeet for all of your roofing needs

      I had an appointment to plan a window install with Rroc. I had a terrific experience with ******. Friendly, cheerful and funny along with knowing his products. We covered everything I needed to know and he answered my questions. I was very pleased by the options he offered, both for types of windows and financial arrangements. I would happily recommend him to friends. He encouraged me to purchase what I needed, but didn't make me feel pressured. We took a little stroll around the garden while I pondered my options, then I was ready to make a good decision.

      Had Habeet come out for an estimate 2 months ago for a roof and the choice was clear for us after having talked to 3 contractors that this would be the most affordable and competitive roof in the market. Thank you RROC for the amazing roof you guys put on the roof were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

      I hired Rroc to replace the roofing on my house and to put down roofing on a bare garage surface I had prepared myself. I liked the finished product in itself. However, their crew when they arrived poured out of a van, dropping cigarette butts and nails all over the ground in the process. They never picked those up. This was right where I park. Around the house and garage, I'm still picking up their nails, banded roofing nails, and cigarette butts over a month later. I had to take my dog outside while they worked on the house. It wasn't the nail guns that were the problem. The crew was dropping the shingle batches from their shoulder to the roof surface. These are very heavy. That completely dismantled a chandelier hanging from the ceiling and I'm concerned doing that could have done done damage to the structure of the roof. Them dropping these batches was hitting the roof really really hard. I saw one of the crew spit right on the wood surface of the roof on the house several times. I added all of this up to being blatantly rude. I would not use Rroc again for these reasons.

      we are terribly sorry for your experience as that is completely against what we strive to offer for our customers. I dont see any notes of phone calls regarding the clean up we would have been our right away to address that if you called us. In fact we are still happy to come do another clean up. 

      as for the shingle bundles being dropped on the roof I am sorry that startled you. There should be no worries about damage from that though. Its pretty typical to have lots of big bangs and thumps with a roof replacement. If you are worried about damage I am happy to send out our service tech to inspect the attic to ensure nothing was damaged. 

      Not really to sure what to say about the spitting part. Never had that one come up. I see your point of it being rude and I do apologize for that on their behalf. 

      We will reach out tomorrow during business hours to provide customer service over these issues.

      They did a very good and quick job. They stripped 1 day and installed the next day, after repairing the areas of sheathing which were rotted. very large roof. the people were kind and they seem to stand up to their work. I have had no problems with the job and no leaks.

      We hired RROC to replace 5 windows in our bay window. They were old, anodized frames which leaked. We replaced them with white vinyl windows. I can't say enough about the service we received from RROC as well as their subcontractors, Allside Windows in ***** Their team was courteous and efficient. They covered everything with tarps before they started and cleaned up the mess when they were done. Obviously qualified and capable at what they were doing. We were very, very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing windows.
