Do not purchase from this dealership! Very dishonest and their priority is not to have a happy customer, just to take advantage of people.

Purchased an Altima through Bill Robertson and after less than 4 years of ownership with 62k miles our transmission failed. Dealership is unwilling to assist and only one finance agent has been willing to work with us on the vehicle issues. Full replacement cost for the transmission is on the customer at $6,500 on top of poor customer service.

I went to this dealer. Worked with ***********************. Drove an awesome car. Asked about options for financing. Then *********************** told me a used car that was practically brand new could save me $6500 and handed me the carfax. I reviewed it. Asked about an accident it showed. He said it was certified and therefore considered covered by any dealership who would honor the certification. He promised a 7 year ****** mile drive train warranty and free oil change! So Im feeling ready to go and secure with my decision to buy. I then provide him With all My info to pull my credit and he said he would call me in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I receive a text after missing his call the vehicle CANNOT be certified. He made a mistake.but he can SELL me a warranty. Then all the sudden he can offer me better financing with the new car I went there to buy in the first place. He sent me all the information in texts. I sent him the definition of bait and switch and now he hasnt responded to the question I asked him about if he did a hard pull on my credit. Disappointing at best - unprofessional and illegal at worst. Buy a Nissan. They are great cars - but Id steer clear of *********************** or any dealership that supports these illegal selling tactics.
