  This Apple Valley Dental Co. ***** BIG TIME!!!!! Im 5-6 hours drive time from the nearest office. It took me a week and several confirmations that they were in network! Once I arrived EARLY for my first appointment, they told me Oh sorry, we dont accept your insurance . They wouldnt even accommodate doing a basic cleaning for my scheduled appointment time!!!!! On my dime!!!! Didnt give a **** that I drove 6 hours!!!! From reading reviews, Im lucky I didnt let them do any work on my health teeth!!!! Stay clear from these guys, they dont have it together AT ALL!!!!!

  This place is awful!!!Just two weeks after receiving braces, I began suffering from excruciating gum pain, a distress that I frequently voiced to my orthodontist. Despite my consistent and ******* complaints, and despite relying heavily on various oral pain relief solutions, my orthodontist continuously assured me that my gums were healthy. As time wore on, I discovered a "tunnel" in my gums that persisted in collecting food and causing relentless discomfort, yet my concerns were repeatedly dismissed by both my orthodontist and later, inadequately addressed by a periodontist and a dentist. Tragically, a laser procedure aimed to solve the issue backfired, further damaging my gums and compounding my aesthetic concerns.Overwhelmed by the ongoing severe pain and the glaring inefficacy of the treatments provided, and now facing new gum issues that mirrored those on the opposite side of my mouth, I opted to have the braces removed. Only then did my orthodontist mention gum decay and recessionconditions that had never been acknowledged despite my enduring symptoms and despite assurances from both the orthodontist and my regular dentist during cleanings that my gums were in good health.The subsequent treatments, including an ill-fitting retainer that only intensified my suffering, exacerbated my difficulties further. Despite having my braces removed prematurely and not receiving the comprehensive treatment I had initially paid for, I was still expected to bear the costs for care I did not recieve and for replacement retainers.Ultimately, not only did the treatment fail to correct my bite, but it left me in a far worse state than before, plagued by significant and persistent gum issues that have deeply impacted my well-being and quality of life.

  My children have been patients at this office since they were infants, my oldest is now *********************************************************************************************** of my children's dental appt for the next business day. The message was left at about 1030am. Because I was not able to return the call before noon on the same day, I received a second message letting me know that my kids were removed from the schedule because I did not confirm the appts by noon. When I called to explain that I am a working parent and was not able to return the call within 90 mins. I was told by the reception, "Well, you are not the only working parent and it has ALWAYS been our policy that if you don't confirm by noon the previous day, we cancel your appt." In all the years we have been going here, we have always received a reminder at least 2 days before. I am truly disappointed that they did this but even more so, that the receptionist did not seem to care at all and just kept saying, that I am not the only working parent, and repeating their policy.

  They outsource their payments to a place called **** bank . Apple dental and ********** do not communicate so when a payment is made its not always reported so the Apple dental will deny your child with braces service until they can get a hold of **** bank . My child ended being turned away for the 4 th time , and had to walk home in the winter as I was at work and could not leave . Over a debit card I had already renewed 4 days prior to the appointment with an apple dental employee The worst service I have ever experienced. They do braces on payments. Do not do it !!! Go anywhere but there . Worst business Ive ever encountered in my life .
