    Me and my son got storage from Evergreen about 4 years ago. At first I had non heated storage, but then the owner Gladys talked us into moving into a heated unit which was more cost. Years later we found items that were damaged and moldy, so we had specialist temperature measuring equipment installed in my unit and found out that Gladys was not heating the storage, even though she was charging us for this. (Not just us, but for everyone else in our building, and it seems like she was not heating other buildings either.) This was blatant fraud by Evergreen Storage by charging us for years for a service she knew she was not supplying. We spent about $6K on Storage to protect belongings, and her lies about heating the storage has destroyed numerous thousands of dollars worth of property, and damaged much more. Also the storage had leaks in it which she did nothing about, and the property had trash all over the place, and rats in and around the building doing more damage. Note the storage was vacated on time, and left very clean as documented on photos and video. I have tried writing to Evergreen but no one replies, nor do they to calls or text messages. They will not refund my deposit either. If you read Google reviews or Yelp reviews, she seems to be doing this all the time, once again committing fraud.
